            Air keran tidak nyala, water heater tidak nyala, pintu tidak dapat di tutup, bantal bau seperti tidak pernah di ganti, selimut banyak bercak" hitam seperti tidak pernah di ganti juga, kaca kaca kotor, lantai kotor seperti sama sekali tidak pernah di bersihkan. Sangat tidak recommend, the worst hotel ive ever stayed lah pokoknya.

            Sangat tidak recommend karena jika membooking di dvalley view akan di alokasi ke hotel aurora tanpa ada pemberitahuan sama sekali dari agodanya yang harganya jelas lebih murah dan sangat kotor, kualitas kamar yang sangat kotor seperti tidak pernah di bersihkan membuat saya tidak jadi stay di sana. Dan karyawan tidak membantu sama sekali proses refund
