I reserved a smoking room by mistake. When I asked to change it to non-smoking after checking in, they prepared another room for me immediately without giving me a hard time. The room was clean and well equipped and customer service is great and the breakfast was also very nice. Highly recommended.

Good location and service. They also offer hot eye-mask pack as a present for each person for a day if you choose not cleaning the room. I refused cleaning for 2 days so I received 4 packs. You can request new towels. They will put it inside a bag and hang it on the door.

Pleasant stay”
Our family of 4 had a good 6 nights of stay. They had gifts for us, e.g. mask and tea for my wife, rubber duckies, origami, etc for the kids. There was an incident where our milk was spoilt as the cleaner accidentally turned off the fridge. The English speaking staff came to understand the situation and the manager came along in the second visit and bought us a fresh bottle of milk. The hotel staff also provided help in searching for weekend clinic for my sick daughter. Our family had a pleasant stay.

Good location, reasonable and clean”
It’s just next to Kitahama Station. Theres nothing much near the station but you can take the the train to other places. There’s a lot of convenience stores near the hotel. The hotel is clean. The staffs can speak English and well trained. For the services, cleanliness, location and comfort, the price was very reasonable for me.

Great location in quiet neighbourhood ”
It's a hotel with cooling mode for air conditioner. Other hotels have centralised air conditioner and usually heating mode is on during cold season. There are convenience store such as Lawson, Family Mart and 7-Eleven around. The hotel is located above the Kitahama station which makes travelling with big luggages convenient. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There are laundry, ice maker, microwave and vending machine within the building. However, like any other hotel in Japan, the room is small to open two big luggage at the same time.
