Leider war die Bar geschlossen und das 2. Restaurant wurde auch nicht betrieben.Vormittags wollten wir in die Panoramasauna, auch die war da nicht in Betrieb. Und trotzdem musste man den vollen Übernachtungspreis zahlen.

Kurzurlaub am Tegernsee ”

Top Hotel in einer top Lage mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick auf den See und die Landschaft. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir durften nach unsere Ankunft mehrere Stunden früher das Zimmer beziehen sowie das Spa benutzen. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und regional mit qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten. Ein großes Manko sind die Kissen auf den Zimmern. Durchgelegene kleine Federkissen, die nicht unbedingt für einen erholsamen Schlaf beitragen. Bei den Preisen, würde ich mir eine deutlich besser Qualität wünschen.

Kleinere Mängel”

Das Tegernsee besticht durch seine exzellente Lage. Wunderschön ist der Blick auf den See. Das Hotel selbst ist ansprechend eingerichtet, weist aber bei genauerem Hinsehen an einigen Stellen Abnutzungserscheinungen auf: Abgeplatzte Farbe an den Holzteilen der Sessel und an den Türrahmen der puristischen Zimmer, hier und da Flecken auf den Sitzmöbeln. Wir haben in zwei Zimmern Mängel in den Bädern feststellen müssen: einmal ein vergilbter Toilettendeckel und zum anderen ein brauner undefinierbarer Rand am Ablauf des Waschbeckens. Ein Hotel mit solch hohen Zimmerpreisen müsste hier sofort die Objekte austauschen bzw. solche Mängel beheben. Man kann nicht nur kassieren sondern ist als Hotelier auch verpflichtet, den Standard auf einem hohen Niveau zu halten. Schade, dass Das Tegernsee nicht unbedingt unsere erste Wahl bei zukünftigen Besuchen des Sees sein wird.
