Not so good for business traveller”

I stay for business travelling at one night only. The deluxe room is without air conditioning, make the room feel hotter at the afternoon. Although the hotel make the windows in the back of room and in the rest room. No clothes hanger, make me confuse to put my dress. I think both of those conditions have to be improve by the hotel management. The hotel location is middle of Bandung and Lembang, makes you easy to reach the tourism area in Lembang and Tangkuban Perahu Volcano, also to reach Bandung.

Not recommend from room price and hotel condition”

Indeed if the Management Hotel made good maintenance for hotel condition, this hotel is very nice. I expected I choose the right hotel for my family when saw the pictures but in fact I realy disappointed from room price and hotel condition. I found several hotels better than Dayang Sumbi Resort from price and hotel condition.

Mid-hill hotel in Lembang”

Mid-hill hotel in Lembang, good location in-between city shopping areas & rural hill areas of tea plantations & volcano region, not so rowdy, some 30mins downhill to shopping areas like Rumah Mode & Dagos outlets. Yet half way route up the hill to the tea plantations and volcano regions, also the hotsprings.

Nice big rooms, a bit noisy, old hotel”

Our original booking was not available, yet they moved us to another hotel for one day and on the next day they putt us on upgraded room. The room is nicely design with comfortable bed but need a little more detail cleaning. We experiencing power cut off a couple time due to electricy shortage. Yet the staff was very dedicated to rectify the problem. Unfortunately the hotel manager was nowhere to be found. The breakfast is minimal in varieties yet quite tasty. The facility is minimal only a pool and pool benches.

Too Much Expectation”

friendly staff. but the facility and maintenance were so poor. the location is good and the hotel looks great. but i wasn’t satisfied from my staying. if they could combine good location, friendly staff and nice and cozy environment, i'm sure they will get people to stay at their place.

Waste of money, waste of time”

This "resort" is a joke. I booked a room here for 3 nights. After checking in on the first night, the room they gave me had a horrible damp smell, the sheets were stained, no mirror in the bathroom, and to top things off, the next morning, the hot water wasn't working. I complained to reception the next morning, and they were nice enough to upgrade me to the executive room, however, the hot water in this room wasn't working either. After letting reception know on no less than 6 times that day, nothing was done about it. To top that off, the electricity constantly cut-out. The morning after the second night, I decided for the money they were charging, enough was enough, and decided to check out early. They agreed then to refund the 3rd night through Agoda. After speaking to Agoda about this, it turns out the hotel did an about-face on the refund. Be warned - and save your money!

new hotel but bad operational”

honestly this is new hotel (built in year 2012 as per their website), good concept hotel (tropical minimalist). i stayed at suite room, the room is large enough complete with terrace, mini garden an fish pond behind the bedroom. but the good concept is exactly followed by worst operational. i arrived there at 3 pm, and what i got? i had to wait for about 45 minutes because they just started cleaning our room (in hotel rules, guest can enter the room at 1 pm and check out at 12 am in the next day). first time i entered the gate, i saw tall grass everywhere, they didn't take care of the garden, seen so untidy and dirty. the toilet was big, but flushing closet couldn't work. my daughter said that the fish pond at mini garden behind my bedroom was zombie pond, because that was so green, without any fish inside there. so terrible. before they repair their operational, it is better if you stayed at another hotel, money worth!!

Not good at all”

Not good at all, the bathroom was dirty and the smell of our room was very bad. When we got there there was no soap, tooth brush and towel. We have to ask them first to have those things. We had a problem to sleep because the sound of the road was very loud.

Hotel menarik, perkhidmatan kurang.”

saya gembira tinggal di dg sumbi resort, tempat cantik, bersih dan pemandangan indah . pekerja hotel sangat ramah dan sangat membantu. kekurangan perkhidmatan prasarana menjadi kan hotel ini tidak selesa, tiada aircon, tiada kipas sedangkan cuaca tidaklah sesejuk mana. lebih teruk lagi, saya ada bayi, tapi untuk mandikan bayi, air panas pun tiada. sgt mengecewakan dgn bayaran yg mahal tidak berbalui.

Sepi, Minim Fasilitas, Kurang Terawat”

Setibanya kami di sana mendapati kolam renang yang kotor, kamar yg std tetapi nyaman, namun disayangkan menurut saya kurang diperhatikan oleh pemiliknya padahal waktu saya menginap adalah musim liburan. Tidak cocok untuk anak2 karena tidak ada fasilitas bermain dan juga tidak ada ac+wifi.

pada saat mencari-cari hotel yang cocok untuk liburan di lembang, kami mendapatkan via browser tentang hotel dayang sumbi ini.. berdasarkan yang kami lihat di internet..terlihat hotel tsb indah sekali dimalam hari dan vasilitasnya juga memadai, namun setelah kami sampai, kami dapatkan hotel yang tenang, sepi dan ada kolam renang yg bisa digunakan oleh anak-anak. Karena saking sepinya..maka anak-anak dapat berenang dengan puas

Resort yang tenang”

Suasananya enak, pas buat yang mencari suasana tenang. Cuma tidak tersedia untuk makan siang dan makan malam, hanya ada untuk sarapan saja.
