Fraud, Creepy, bad service, electric broken, too many stairs r”

Fraud In the description, the owner didn't put any warning that I need to take many stairs before I enter the house (at least 22 stairs) , it cause me to book another place for the elders. Creepy The furnitures are old, there is 1 room i couldn't open, and I have no idea what was that room for, and I found it very odd. Bad services and lack of responsibility During the first night, the electricity was broken, it made the house blacked out. Once I complained, the management just asked us to wait and she was going to sent someone to fix. We were waiting for about an hour or more, since the house is dark and creepy, I called her again and again to make sure she will sent someone, but they didn't answer and then her phone was off, around 9 pm. This made us to stay the night in the dark. I complain trhou agoda, they couldn't do anything. No apologies from the owner or any compensation for us since we stay for 1 night without electricity. THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE CLOSED SOON!

the villa is dirty, too many stairs, not good for the elders, also not good for babies, the place is scary. the place is not comfortable. i will never come back to this villa, the address is so hard to find, even the people around the place couldn't find the place, even using google map cannot find this place. and the staff didn't waiting for u eventhough we told them for late check in....

Good view”

There are many steps from parking to the third floor, but facilities are good, clean and cozy. Not enough the volume of water...but Hot water is available.

Nice 4 storey villa with ordinary design but offers spectacular view in morning time during sunrise or in the evening time. Close to the Valley, makes it easy for the food delivery courier to locate our existance. The interior itself is just okay, old design, classic furniture, lame bedsheets, clean bathrooms (all 3 of them). Make sure that you're renting the villa with lots of companion (we came by as group of 9) cause not only that this villa has like around 4 bedrooms, the surroundings are quite remote. Not much of neighbouring crowd around. De Bukit Dago provides you with 1 vintage huge tube TV and no sound system inside (dont expect dockings). You will not be having a maid or butler so keep every house cleanings to yourself. However, we will definitely come back for a relaxing escapade.

saat menuju villa ini kami kesulitan menjangkaunya krn staff villa tsb tidak ada yang paham letak daerah villanya sehingga kami berputar putar dan saat itu kondisi hujan

Kamar utama sangat nyaman,dan besar,kamar di bawahnya ( lantai 3 ) view ke luarnya kurang, kamar lantai 2 OK, kamar lantai 1 kurang bagus , karena tidak ada jendela Kamar mandi semuanya OK
