The owners did not speak any English and you do not get a key so you have to ring a bell to enter and leave, but it is very cheap and they seem friendly enough, probably more for business or students in the area but worth the money.

I love the neighborhood and pretty close to Paris Van Java, accessible by "Angkot" or taxi. most rooms use shared bathrooms, so it's less convenient although it's not too far from all the rooms.

Sehr einfaches Zimmer und Guesthouse ohne Ambiente”
Eher noble Wohngegend. Aber bei der angegebenen Adresse war kein Schild oder Hinweis auf eine Unterkunft zu finden. Nach etwas suchen haben wir eine sehr versteckte Klingel gefunden. Vorher war alles verschlossen und niemand zu sehen. Zimmer und Dusche auf dem Gang sind sehr einfach und ohne Ambiente (z.B. Zugang zu den Zimmern über eine Garage). Wir haben die Unterkunft nur für einen Tag als Überbrückung für die Weiterfahrt genutzt. Dafür war es nutzbar aber länger würden wir es nicht nutzen. Leider waren bei uns gerade Ferien (idul fitri) und es waren die meisten anderen Unterkünfte ausgebucht.

lokasi guest house ni kalau nak jalan kaki ke factory outlets tu agak jauh lah. dan guest house ni takde papan tanda. kalau korang balik lewat, hon kan kereta, tuan rumah akan buka kan pintu. rumah ni 2 tingkat, 4 bilik bawah dan 4 bilik atas. tandas ada 2 bawah dan 2 di atas, berkongsi. setakat untuk bermalam memang tak kisah lah.

saya pernah konfirm sebelumnya dengan marketing de hoff atria untuk konfirmasi kedatangan dan pemesanan kamar bahwa kami menginginkan 4 kamar di bawah, dan pihak marketing menyatakan ok, ternayata setelah datang, tidak tersedia 4 kamar di bawah, tapi harus terpisah ada yg di lantai atas. setelah ditanyakan ke pihak marketing disebutkan bahwa tidak ada konfirmasi, bagi kami ini adalah service yg buruk dari marketing

Saya ingin dua hari ”
Saya merencanakan menginap 2 hari stay . Tapi tidak jadi , karena : 1. pintu keluar dipegang oleh pembantu (jadi setiap saya keluar/masuk harus memberitahu keras2) 2. tak ada handuk dan tak ada air . 3. hal2 jelek yang tak harus ada di penginapan . Jadi jika hal2 demikian tak ada di penginapan , apa lagi yang dapat saya lakukan . Saya putuskan untuk menginap diluar dan memberitahu kepada penjaga .

sy menginap hanya semalam tp sy sgt menikmati, sy tdk menyangka tyt kamar cukup luas dan bersih jg sejuk sekalipun tdk ada ac. jg tyt disediakan kompor dan kulkas bila kta ingin memasak sndiri. lokasi memang agak ke pinggir dan kta perlu jln kaki utk mencapai pvj ataupun ciwalk. sayangnya dpn hotel tdk ada plang nama shg awalnya cukup kesulitan dan ragu2 apa benar tempatnya. kamar mandinya bersih sy senang. utk harga yg sy dapatkan cukup pantas dan reasonable.
