Great for the Price!”
Even though this hotel is a bit dated, it still offers great amenities and large, clean rooms. It has access to a full gym, so if you like to work out that's a huge bonus. The gym is huge and has various cardio machines, lots of weights, racks, steam room and sauna, etc. The breakfast is a buffet with Western and local food options. They should really turn the music off, though, which is seemingly the same, loud saxophone tune over and over. There are 2 outdoor pools, one that is quite shallow and another deeper pool right beside it. The shallow pool has a nice view of the beach but they are at street level and not rooftop. The hotel also has a private beach area with chairs and umbrellas which was really nice. If you're not fussy and don't mind the tacky decor, this hotel is a great choice and well situated in Nha Trang near shops and food.

I enjoyed our stay at Diamond Bay the only issue we had was that there were several families on our floor that came together and had several rooms and left their doors open so their kids could run up and down the halls between rooms all day and night. We have seen this in the last few hotels also. It must be a thing in Vietnam. This wasn't the staffs fault but they should put families with children on separate floors from couples. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay

Beautiful hotel room with loving and small bar counter (royal deluxe). Location best with 2 shopping malls (Nha trang centre & Gold Coast) & beach just front of hotel. Breakfast with many things to eat. Hotel is kind to extend my check out at 2pm due to my flight was evening 5pm.

The Diamond Bay Hotel have the best location in my opinion. You basically have everything if you choose to stay here: walking distance to the beach, inside shopping mall, cinema, foods… Friendly staff, 5 stars service, beautiful tropical style room with a good price, cool AC and super comfortable beds. I am enjoyed my stay in here and hope you will feel the same. Highly recommended !!!

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days. At first, I planned to stay for only two days and then move to another resort. But after one night, I changed my mind. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel. The place you want to visit is not far from this hotel and there are wonderful views, friendly staff, a well-conditioned swimming pool and gym. If I go there again, I will not hesitate to stay at this Diamond Bay hotel.

Great location - the hotel is located at Nha Trang Center. Goldcoast shopping center is nearby which Lotte Mart is on 3rd & 4th floor ;) helpful staffs - I can say they are all polite. Reception, bellboy, security staffs. everyone is helpful. good breakfast - variety of breakfast and good coffee!! and good price! - Seaview room but price is less than 35 USD / night.

The hotel is located in a super convenient location to the beach, only about 100m (which is quite clean with clear blue water and white sand), to famous tourist sites in the city (Thap Ba Ponagar, or Institute of Marine Life, etc.), and dining places as well. Friendly and helpful staff. It would have been much better with more careful room cleaning service. I would definitely come back and recommend the place!

Location!!location A+”
First of all highly recommended for couple and budget travelers if you want to get a feel of 5 star hotel and close to the beach. PROS: nice lobby, connect to shopping centre, breakfast buffet is nice, decent size pool, no heater pool, not affected much cause of the hot weather. One of the best view hotel, more than 180 degree view of the beach Suite room is spacious, with stand alone bath sea view which my wife love it. CONS: Staff need more training which on par level with 5 star hotel. Need a lot of maintenance for the hotel, which is getting old. Some room is smelling bad due to old and no customer for a long time due to some reason or maybe covid time. We need to changed room 2 times with the help of a very nice supervisor. Toilet stuck sometime and need to call maintenance to fix which is very embarrassing. Over all we have good stay even not really perfect stay.
