The hotel is good, however, it is next to railway. I have a bad sleep due to the noise of rail.

We liked the staff very much, they were friendly yet professional. The hotel was interesting, comfortable and had a beautiful setting. The food was outstanding and the price was very reasonable considering the quality.

ok hotel, good views”
the place was perfectly fine and the staff is great but it just doesn't seem the best bang for your buck. it's not the easiest place to get to and from other parts of Koblenz, however, super easy from 9-6 to and from the AltStadt. there is a personal ferry that can take you across for ~1euro. Diehl's hotel i think might be better for families.
