Alles gut (Zimmer,Frühstück, Lage). Nur zu teuer (wahrscheinlich wegen der BUGA) Problem ist der einzig vorhandene Fahrstuhl, der wegen Corona immer nur von einem Zimmer/einer Familie genutzt werden darf, weshalb man ewig warten muss…

Zimmer klein und in keinem guten Zustand. Tv zu klein. Belüftung des Zimmers nicht möglich da es zum Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Personal an der Rezeption hat nicht mal eine Begrüßung geäußert. Service Personal auf dem Gang unfreundlich. Das Frühstück: -viel zu wenig Auswahl , -Rührei ungeniessbar , -kein Lachs vorgefunden, Für mich war dieses Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Von einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet man mehr. Nie wieder.

In Summe ein solides Hotel mit sehr guter Lage, sehr freundlichem Personal und gutem Frühstück - Aber: Hatten ein Zimmer über dem im Haus gelegenen Club. (Zimmer 105 - Club darunter im Erdgeschoss) - Bis drei Uhr war Schlaf kaum möglich. Personal sagte, dass diese Zimmer nur bei extrem voller Buchung vergeben werden. Schwacher Trost - Zumindest Parkgebühren wurden erstattet, da Zimmerpreis über Anbieter im Vorfeld bezahlt wurde. Besonders bitter: DJ sagte jedes zweite Lied an: "Freunde! Jetzt kommt..."

Hotel schaut hauptsächlich auf Tagungen und Geschäftsreisende. Einrichtung ist dementsprechend sachlich-teuer, ohne das bei Touristenhotels zu erwartende „hier sind Sie zu Hause“-Gefühl. Die Lage ist aber für Besichtigungen in Erfurt kaum besser zu treffen. Das hoteleigene Parkhaus ist dann sehr praktisch. - Frühstück ist phantastisch, selten so gut gegessen.

wir haben uns nicht wohl in diesem hotel gefuehlt. es war nur ein bademantel vorhanden. handtuecher wurden nicht gewechselt. fruehstueck war nur durchschnitt. ueberzogene preise - hier stimmte preis/leistung nicht. zimmer sauber aber sehr klein. dusche hatte den flair von vor 25 jahren. alles in allem koennen wir dieses hotel nicht empfehlen. da gibt es weit aus bessere in erfurt, wenn auch nicht mit 5 sternen.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der ersten Etage. Ab 21:00 Uhr waren die dumpfen, monotonen Bässe des benachbarten Nachtclubs laut und deutlich zu hören. Auf Beschwerden bei der Rezeption erfuhren wir, dass man viele Beschwerden erhalten habe, gegen dieses Problem aber nichts machen könnte, da der Nachtclub sich rechtmäßig verhielte. Ein anderes Zimmer wäre nicht verfügbar. Warum vermietet man dieses Zimmer, wenn man weiß, dass eine Lärmbelästigung erfolgen wird? Völlig indiskutabel. Ab 0:00 Uhr wurde es dann noch lauter. Die Geräusche werden anscheinend über das Mauerwerk übertragen. Für eine schlaflose Nacht brauche ich kein Hotelzimmer.

Gutes Hotel, aber die 5 Sterne nur an der Tür”
Aufenthalt 3 Nächte/4Tage, Geschäftsreise. Offiziell ist das Dorint ein 5-Stern Hotel, merken tut man dies nicht immer. Bei der Ankunft erst einmal das speziell behindertengerechte Zimmer erhalten mit einem Bad wie in einer Jugendherberge, Umzug erst am nächsten Tag möglich da ausgebucht, aber immerhin hat dies dann gut geklappt. Keine Minibar, nur ein leerer Kühlschrank den man bei Bedarf selbst füllen kann, bei uns auch noch voll mit Schimmel. Kein Turn Down Service, was ich bisher noch in keinem 5-Stern Hotel auf der Welt erlebt habe. Kleiner Spa Bereich, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffett, sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, überteuertes Abend-Restaurant und Tiefgarage (20€/24h - keine andere Parkmöglichkeit). Insgesamt sicher kein schlechtes Hotel, eher 4+ Sterne als 5, kann man aber durchaus empfehlen.
