I spent two nights at this hotel and if I would have could I would have stayed longer. The hotel is really close to the railway station, but really quite place. Rooms are wide and bed very comfortable. Onsen, sento and relaxing coaches are awesome. And I want to highlight it was one of the few hotels during my trip where at least one of the staff people could speak English, what it is really helpful if you cannot speak Japanese properly! Fantástico hotel muy cerca de la estación. Muy tranquilo, con habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Ofrecen ramen gratis por la noche que está muy rico y sienta de lujo. El onsen y el sento son una maravilla. No llegué a probar el desayuno por temas de logística, pero me queda pendiente. Siempre hay alguien en recepción que habla inglés, lo que se agradece y mucho. Me encantaría volver a alojarme aquí.

Amazing hotel for the money ”
I book this hotel mainly for the great price and convenient location to the Nagano train station. I did not expect the hotel to have a fully functional onsen that was included with the room. Not only did it come with a free onsen, but there were free snacks including, ice cream, yogurt, and midnight noodles. This was very unexpected. The room itself was very spacious for Japanese standards. I would highly recommend this hotel for those who are on a budget, but seek more amenities than what your average hotel would include.

This is the best hotel for travel! The location is just a couple minutes from Nagano station, the onsen is wonderful, and the staff is very friendly. When my room was turned over in the morning, the staff must have noticed from clothes left out that I was smaller, and switched out my pajamas from large to small. I found it thoughtful. I will stay here again next time I'm in Nagano!

2 mins walk from Nagano station. Hotel has onsen, serving noodle for supper and free drinks at lobby area for guests at any time. A surprise in the fridge for the guest, very thoughtful. Will be one of my Japan hotel to stay next time.

Best value business hotel”
For the price we paid, we really got a lot of extra value! Free ramen supper, yoghurt drinks and ice cream after Onsen, free massage chairs and ice machine. Free coffee and tea in lobby too! Great location just across the road from Nagano station around the Family Mart. The Onsen is one of the best Dormy inn ones - awesome outdoor Onsen where u can relax while snow flurries dance around u in winter. For the ladies, plenty of amenities in the Onsen so no need to bring toiletries! Thanks for the awesome stay!

Well managed facilities with very nice hot spring. Food is nice too. Bed is so comfy and gave us a refreshing sleep. It's my 2nd time staying in Dormy Inn branch and will definitely find a Dormy again in my next trip to Japan.

Beyond expectation”
We stayed here for 3 nights and expect nothing from business hotel. But Dormy Inn make it difference. There is a great onsen here. Free late night soba. Breakfast is fantastic. I totally recommended here if you are looking for a great hotel near Nagano station.

Best Hotel Onsen ever!”
If you enjoy a relaxing onsen, then this hotel is the best choice you can make. The rooms are very comfortable (although not overly large), the reception staff are great and it is perfectly located right near Nagano Station and a plethora of restaurants..... but it is the Onsen facilities that make this hotel the perfect choice. On the top floor the onsen has large changing rooms, a sauna, ice bath, inside onsen and a very tranquil outdoor onsen. Add to that there a massage chairs. I loved this hotel!

It s a very clean, good priced and well located hotel”
The hotel is new, the room is not that small for the price to be paid and it s very clean. They have free Onsen on top of the hotel, quite and clean. And they also serve free noodle at night after the onsen. I am really impressed and recommend this place for anyone to stay in Nagano. It only takes 3 minutes to walk from the station. And lots of good food nearby.

Love the location, ramen, onsen, room and everything!”
This is one hotel that has everything that we need as a traveller. The room in my opinion is decent compared to the other Japanese hotels. The room is also very well designed with ample power points around to use. They also have a Panasonic hair dryer! When you come back after a long day, it is so nice to be able to go to the onsen to relax. Bonus is if you missed your dinner after a hectic schedule, you can still enjoy a nice bowl of ramen!

Location, ramen and onsen”
This is the first time we used Dormy Inn and we absolutely love it! The accommodation is very close to the Nagano JR station and is beside a Seven Eleven. Starbucks is just opposite and the hotel is surrounded by many eating places. And if that is not enough, you always have the ramen supper as a backup. The onsen is great too. We were also impressed with the clever design of the room and it is roomier than we thought (economical double).

Breakfast was good with no. of choices. Free ramen between 930pm to midnight. Onsen was well-maintained. Staff was polite & helpful. Less than 5mins walk to the train station. I had an enjoyable stay in Dormy Inn. Highly recommend Dormy Inn, worth the money.

Defenitely I recommend this hotel and this nice Nagano city. I stayed 4 days, the room is not big, but the hot spring and the local noodle which hotel served were good. The hotel staff was so nice too. If there were guidance about welcome coffee and Tv system that we can check the crowdity of hotspring, it would be more great. But I had good stay, thank you.

Handy for Station, shops and restaurants. Onsen on top floor, free late night ramen - the usual Dormy Inn touches. Note that car access to front is barred from 10am until late on Fri-Sun and holidays. There is narrow lane access to the back.

Staff is friendly, room is nice, onsen is lovely...”
We were there for a few nights during Christmas season. The hotel is just 5mins away from Nagano train station, 5mins away from the 24hr Don Don donki. They served buffet breakfast and hot drinks at lobby. 7-11 is just right below, on site carpark is chargeable which is reasonable. Room is nice and they do provide pajamas for children as well. Onsen in the hotel is great and our children really love this hotel, especially their noodles supper. Their front desk speak little English but that is not an issue for us, they are really polite and helpful. Will choose Dormy Inn if we are going Japan again.
