To be honest, I wished I stayed in this hotel for the whole duration of my Japan visit, and not just for 2 nights. This hotel is THAT good, I promise. Room: Comfortable bed, free water everyday and a complementary desert in the fridge on your first day, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face and hand wash provided. TV VOD shows if people are in the public bath or in the restaurant so it is fairly easy to plan which time to go. Amenities: Public bath is complete with guides in English on how to properly immerse in it, free yakilt every morning at a set time and free half ramen and popsicles at nighttime at a set time. Their reading area also has a good collection of books and manga. Staff: Extremely helpful, locked myself out of my room during the second day and they helped me procure a second card key. Also took care of my luggage when I went out since it was not yet check in time yet and when I came back it was already in my room. Staff also speaks in English. Location: Near Dotonbori, walking area to everywhere a tourist is supposed to be in Osaka. They also give out coupons to partner stores when you check in. Others: They have a microwave in the 2nd floor to heat up your convenience store food. Family mart is connected to the first floor with a side door. They also have a money changer on the 1st floor. Very convenient. Overall dormy inn exceeded all expectations of a good hotel. This hotel is EXCEPTIONAL in all aspects. Highly recommend!

5 mins walk to Dotonbori main shopping and eating street, with a convenience store at the ground floor. 10 mins walk to either train stations that has access to most further attractions. Room is well insulated and clean and well maintained and spacious and functional, though very old and simple design for the room and the robes for onsen. The onsen was like a busy market, a bit too small for the many guests and old design and very bright lights though it is functional but doesn't allow the mind to calm down. Wished there were more hooks in the toilet and room to hang towels and winter jacket.

If you want to be in the center of Osaka, this is the place to stay. The Onsen was a great way to relax the muscles from a long day of sightseeing (No Tattoos). Free midnight noodles and an excellent breakfast with good variety allowing you to try many things.

Dormy Inn's location is optimal if you want to explore Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Rooms are always clean! Love the hot spring option for guests. After a long day of walking and sight seeing, it's a good option to relax. Food spread at breakfast is superb! I've stayed this more than 3 times, and will be staying again in a couple of week's time. So looking forward to my stay again.

Right in the heart of Osaka. Walking distance to Dotonburi & Shinsaibashi, great for shopping and some of the best food of Japan. Rooms were clean, and spacious enough to open two large luggages. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Onsen on the second floor made for a great relaxer after a long day of walking around Osaka.

Great location to Dotunbori, trains etc. Room is small but I am 6"2' in Japan so it's more I'm too big for Japan. The only gripe I had was the Onsen. It's a lovely Onsen but the other patrons surprisingly didn't seem to know the edicate for Onsens. Talking loud, using their phones in changing room (where your naked - a bit intrusive). Staff are wonderful.

Near to Dotonbori entrance and Kuramon Market. Location-wise, its nearest to Nippombashi station but Namba Metro is still walkable and Namba Walk underground mall is close. Facilities and rooms are very new. Good onsen with 2 hot pools and 1 cold pool. Offers complimentary ramen between 2130 to 2300hrs, and ice-cream bar is available after day/evening onsen.

Location is good. Ibsen at 2nd floor is good. 3 washer and dryer in onsen. Free flow ice cream after onsen is very refresh. 2 Ms floor can refill water 24/7. Breakfast spread was good and supper 2130hr to 2300hr noodle was an added point. Window can open slightly and fresh air can flow in. Staffs are friendly and will be back again
