Room was okay, not accurate description”
The room was clean and comfortable however the hotel isn't in the same building shown in the photos its about 1km away, theres a city tax and cleaning fee they make you pay after your stay even after you paid your full amount online and it states they have luggage storage online but then tell us we cant store our bags making us find another option. Overall room was okay but wouldnt recommend as is very misleading

they are fraudulent staff. be very careful, they only want to take money online and nothing is true. When you go to Budapest, they don't check you in, they don't even open your phone. it's a case that should be reported to the police

Not too bad - probably better in summer”
The place was clean and well equipped, but the heat was set at a specific level and they removed anyway to turn it up. In winter! Also the blankets were super thin, and there were no extra blankets. We asked of the heat could be turned up, with no response. Also, make sure you check booking for the fees you paid, because on arrival we were asked for a cleaning fee that was paid. We told them it was paid though and only paid extra for city tax. The location was close to transit and close to the train station.

This owner is ashamed. I've never seen a crook like this! 25 euros charge to clean a 15m2 room. The owner did not respond to our emails and calls. Run away ! His business will collapse on its own! If shame has a name it would be the owner.

Mejor duerme en una estación de tren”
Horrible la experiencia, cuando llegas allí las primeras 2 horas dices “que maravilla de sitio por lo que ha costado” hasta que llega el momento en el que te tienes que duchar y el agua caliente no funciona..durante dos dias. En esos dos dias te contestan a duras penas y ya bajo amenaza de abandonar el apartamento y denunciar por la situación te ofrecen darte la llave de otro apartamento para que vayas a ducharte en vez de cambiarte de apartamento directamente, cuando el agua caliente se soluciona resulta que aunque has avisado de que no quieres que entren al apartamento hasta el día que te vayas te encuentras con que no es así, que han entrado se han llevado la llave que te han prestado y además han revuelto tus cosas de la mesilla. De la limpieza mejor ni hablo por que te cobran 15 euros por limpiar el día que sales y deben de ser para comer ese día por qué desde luego las telarañas que había por el apartamento de una semana no eran. Lamentable de verdad no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

L’appartement est de bonne taille mais la ménage n’est jamais fait et les serviettes de douches ne sont jamais changées . Si vous arrivez après 21h il faut payer 10€ de supplément. L’accès à l’appartement est compliqué car ils faut plusieurs codes et les personnes qui gèrent l’appartement ne sont pas toujours réactives. La nuit il y’a beaucoup de bruit et on entend les gens des autres chambres ainsi que les gens qui vident les poubelles dans l’immeuble . L’immeuble est très grand et il y’a beaucoup de passage …

Wir waren für einige Tage in Budapest und können die Vermieter nur empfehlen. Sehr gute Lage direkt in der Innenstadt, ausreichend großes Appartement mit Möglichkeit zum Upgrade und schnelle Kommunikation.

molte note positive per questo appartamento, per esempio la posizione ottima, le dotazioni (tv, forno, piastra elettrica), il prezzo irrisorio. molte anche le note negative....la stanza un vero e proprio buco...2 persone con 2 valigie ci entrano a malapena. pulizia non buona.....siamo arrivati e la stanza ci era appena stata pulita, in realta' al bagno c'era un dito di polvere depositata, nel pavimento qualche capello, e nei porta sapone non saprei definire....credo delle saponette in decomposizione o il bagnoschiuma degli ospiti precedenti che era colato. alla fine, se non siete troppo esigenti e se ci dovete passare solo le 8 ore della notte, va bene!!

Atendimento péssimo , não parece seguro. Disseram que enviaram e-mail com instruções mas não recebi nada, fiquei horas na frente sem saber com quem falar , na porta consta um telefone que não existe. Também te cobram valor de limpeza não mencionado no site, esse valor precisa ser pago em dinheiro apesar de dizerem que existe um escritório, uma pessoa te encontra em frente ao edifício, ou seja parece que é um escritório fictício. Uma pessoa desconhecida mostrando no celular o valor para pagar. tudo muito estranho e o código não é liberado se você não pagar ou simplesmente eles bloqueiam o acesso ao quarto não se importando com as suas coisas lá dentro. Tive até que reportar na polícia. Ninguém fala bom inglês. Resumindo não vale a pena. Foi a pior experiência que já tive.

주소가 잘못되어 있어서 엉뚱한 곳으로 갔다가 겨우 연락되어 옮겼습니다. 현관 비밀 번호도 미리 메일이 오지 않았구요... 그리고 제가 묵었던 방은 에어컨도 안되서 전혀 시원하지 않았습니다. 주소를 확인 안하고 이렇게 올리는 건 너무 한거 아닌가요? 구글맵에 다운타운 아파트먼트라고 뜨는 곳이 바른 주소입니다. ㅠㅠ 부다페스트에 대한 기억이 너무 안좋네요...

Работает в автоматическом режиме. После оплаты, придут коды от дверей. На моем номере 3 был код, 3456, было страшно оставлять вещи, когда коды такие простые. На Сообщения отвечают долго. Апартаменты немного уставшие.

To jest zwykły pokój a nie apartament. Aby dostać się do środka straciłem 4 godziny. Nikt z budynku nie chciał pomóc. Numer telefonu do obsługi na bramie jest nieaktualny. Pomocni ludzie z zewnątrz pomogli mi się dostać a własciciel nie raczył nawet oprócz wysłania meila z 4 kodami nic zrobić. Nie noszę komputera ze sobą i nie mogłem tego odczytać. Pomimo przekazanych kodów do bramy nie działał numer. Nikogo tam nie zastałem ,wręcz przeciwnie , tylko grożono mi karami nawet za to ,że nie znam angielskiego. 5 euro za każdą godzinę dodatkowo przed zameldowaniem a pożniejsze opuszczenie niż o 10 to 25 euro kary. Palenie papierosów 250 euro. Ktoś wszedł do środka w czasie naszej nieobecności i zostawił pismo ,ze mam zapłacić dodatkowo 2,8 euro jakiejś taxy. Było to w cenie co zapłaciłem za całość,sprawdziłem. jednak zostawiłem gotówkę przed opuszczeniem na stole w forinatch 1050. Szczerze to nie polecam nikomu tego lokum ze względu na mnóstwo formalności i jakości obsługi. Pazerność na pieniądze to tylko część. Jest wiele innych miejsc w tej cenie gdzie bez problemu można dostać się do środka bez żadnych odparaw i innych cudów przy których nawet żądają podania nazwiska panieńskiego matki. szok. W nocy nad ranem nie pośpicie bo kubły na śmieci pod oknem są zabierane i jest hałas. wejście do samego niby apartamentu jak do celi więziennej a gumki w pilotach do kodów są już wytarte i można sobie cisnąć po 10 razy aby zadziałało.
