The hotel and room were very beautiful and well designed.. the balcony was really nice too. The staff were very nice and professional especially the ones at the pool. However, there isn’t much to do there except to relax… the cafe shop there isn’t really exciting and there isn’t any activities you can do beside swimming and walking around the hotel as there is a lake. Overall, it is a good place to relax for a couple of days away from the city.

The overall ambiance was pleasant. However, the property and they badly need to do some renovation - the bathrooms were not tidy and we had a big issue with the shower drains, also the water was not hot enough. The worst thing happened was them asking me for the payment of something they agreed to give me complimentary, that too at the time of check out.

PLUS POINTS - GOOD PLACE TO REWIND ON ANY DAY. BE IT WEEKDAYS AND WEEKENDS TOO. WITH FAMILY. STAFF AT THE RECEPTION AND CONCIERGE ARE VERY HELPFUL. FOOD IS DECENT. CALM ENVIRONMENT AWAY FROM HUSTLE OF CITY LIFE. NEGATIVE POINTS - I THOUGHT IT WAS LITTLE EXPENSIVE. PLEASE INCLUDE BREAKFAST IN YOUR PACKAGE I MENA ANY PACKAGE. For the same price, you can book your stay in better hotels. LOCATION: i actually liked the location. Far away from the city center, air quality is better FOOD: Breakfast buffet also not bad. The staff there were all nice RECEPTION: Not good. My son had a fever and i had to go buy medicine. I was able to find a pharmacy in google maps but it was 20mins away. I didn't mind the distance, it's just that if there was a nearer pharmacy, it would have been better. So i asked for directions from the front desk, they just said GO STRAIGHT AND TURN RIGHT AT THE MOSQUE. Long story short, i got lost, and ended up going where google maps was telling me to go. I didnt expect the hotel to have meds, but at least they could have given proper directions. ROOM. The room was nice. Smaller than the same type of room i booked at Marriott 1 month ago. The balcony was a nice touch. There was only 1 pair of bathroom slippers, only 2 bath towels, and a lot more missing. I called reception, still it wasn't topped up. I booked the room for 4 persons. After the 1st call i didnt bother asking anymore. I didnt want to ruin my stay because of the litltle things. POOL. It was free from debris. My wife and kids went for a swim in the afternoon, and had skin itchiness on the same night, and went away after thorough rinsing. Next morning we went for a walk and saw ducks swimming in the same pool. POND. The hotel had a nice big pond and waterfalls. Great for picture taking. Bad for the swimmers in the pool, same ducks in the pond go swim in the pool when nobody's watching.

First of all the guest parking is confusing. So better park in front of the hotel. Second the room is very good but some need to ba replace like carpet its looks a lot of stain. And every edge of the room have dust. And most of the time the facility have no staff around you need to call loudly.

Don't keep too high expectations”
As the money paid is at par with any good resort in the region, it's almost natural to expect the same level of comfort and facilities - however that is not entirely true. Nevertheless, the trip was very good (after ignoring a few issues here and there throughout). I would like to believe the property is still in the process of development and maturing. It's a really good place to go in KSA while the options are limited.
