The place was absolutely beautiful, the room was greattttttt and so so clean, and the staff were just ever ready to help and really were just providing tiptop service. Super recommend this place for a perfect getaway from city life.

Pros : Room clean and comfortable, Staff are friendly until the gardener, Facility ok, food delicious, environment makes relax. Cons : Water Problem due to main pipe leakage and no contigency Plan, Slow response from management during Crisis, Many Wild Cat surrounding Village and make trouble with the dirty plate.

Best Village Resort”
I stayed in the village house type during December. The bungalow is huge, it has sitting area in the porch, kitchen, family room with TV, outdoor dining room, separate bed room and spacious bathroom. The staff are super nice and helpful. I get a package with breakfast, lunch and dinner so it was very convenient. The bungalow nestled in a village setting, it was so quite and peaceful. However they are only a few bungalow available, so you need to book in advance. Will definitely book here next time, maybe try the family bungalow that have a private hot pool.

Over Rated Hotel”
The hotel greenery n the fresh air are nice as most hotel in Lembang area. But the hotel should not be called a " Resort" as there is no privacy in the hotel given the hotel is open to daily public visitor by selling a ticket for Rp. 25000/person so they can utilize the hotel facility. In the weekend the hotel has many daily public visitor n they do not stay in the hotel. In addition, every morning at 8a.m. , there is aloud noise of leaf blower machine. It ruins the whole peacefulness , plus the proximity between cottages is too closed. The Fnb buffer is substandard n the staff is under capacity ,they need more training. At 2 occasions, I ordered expresso, they delivered cappuccino n latte. The room service also had problem in taking the ordered. I asked the captain of the restaurant, whether the hotel is 5 stars, according to him to him ,it is a 3 Stars hotel. Also at another 2 occasion, I requested a chilli and a full glass of ice cube, they did not bring it. The cottage - the sink has no hot water n the bathroom has no ventilation. Plus the placement of the lighting is awkward. If one is watching TV , there is a small spot light directed to one face. In summary, the house keeping is great, the hotel staff is very nice n apologetic. Other than nice, the Fnb staff is under capacity n training. The hotel is over priced. I would rate 6 out of 10. N should not be called a Resort

Nice place in the green with a lot of activities for families with kids”
We loved the comfortable house in the village and the food in the restaurants, especially the Sundanse restaurant at the lake provides excellent seating in the little huts and great food. The resort can be a bit noisy at the weekends if a lot of families are coming to visit the park. Transport with Grab is easily available, brings you to the places around and to the airport in Bandung. If you go to Ciater you should make a reservation for the way back before.

Dont book the Tent, Especially during Raining season, we checked out one day earlier”
The tent is far from facilities and restaurants. Bring your own sleeping bags! The provided futon is filthy. First night heavy rain, inside our tents are soaked completely. We decided to check out the next day, paid 2 tents for 2 nights. Forget it. Spoken to management they dont even offer us room move.

Tent was old. Many ants were in tent and toilet. In the morning many monkeys came into camp ground to look for food by tearing trash bin and sitting on table.

Located at same location with Dusun Bambu Family Park made a very Good atmosphere around this Resort. The air is so fresh and clear (cold of course). The price is worth it ,you will got alotof compliment like traditional fruit, barbeque service (food not included) , tasty breakfast at Burangrang Resto. Then u can spend full holiday without going anywhere again to find some tourist attraction, because its located at Same Location with Dusun Bambu Family Park (No more ticket needed) u can enjoy alotof atraction from beautiful scenery of Dusun Bambu, or being have fun with all of family member at some facility (ticket needed range from IDR 35,000 - 100,000) at Dusun Bambu like Airsoftgun, paint ball, ATV, make a handicraft. i will come back again asap. Thanks
