A real gem in Budapest”

The location is in the top 5% of all accommodations in Budapest. With a few minutes' walk to stations of any of the metro lines, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. And one of the best pizzerias in town just in the same block. A very good food store just around the corner. Dozens of great restaurants in the neighboring streets. The apartment is almost brand new (11/2020), and amazingly well designed. Spacey. All parts just click. Lighting is super atmospheric. Surprisingly high quality furniture and accessories. All necessary untensils in the kitchen. Well thought-out spaces and features. A real gem.
When I booked the apartment the check-in time was until midnight. I had some difficulties getting in the apartment, tried to call the phone number at 11:30 pm, but my call was not answered. Luckily my problem was solved (a stuck keyholder box that opened up after some effort).

The couch and the beds were really comfortable. The room was warm enough. We felt secure in it.
The toilet and bathtub are in separate rooms. Unlocking the door made us feel like we were in a spy video game :-)

The property is fabulous, the apartament is located in a building with an interior yard, which is in the heart of Budapest. You have a farmer’s market nearby, metro station, terraces where you can eat and drink. Also it had a very good wifi connection, hair dryer, even slippers and a mini air conditioner. Definitely would come back. ☺️

This time there was no soap for washing hands in the bathroom, but that was the only problem.

Your Home In Budapest”

The apartment is located a excellent point. By walking you can access to Vaci Utca, Great Market Hall and Duna just a couple of minutes. Metro station is almost very close to apartment (Kalvin Ter). In the flat the heating system, the kitchen equipments and etc are high quality and very useful. Before our journey we wanted to have a baby feeding high chair and they have provided it. Bathroom is also comfortable. It is a good flat for staying.
Frankly, we expected it to be more cleaner. There was dust and hair in some parts of the flat. By the way coffee machine was not running. There is no lift in the apartment if you have too much luggages or baby it could be a problem. I don't think these shortcomings are a very serious problem. This flat is definitely a place to stay in Budapest. If we have a trip again it will be our priority.

The apartment was nice in general. The location was perfect for walking through the center. I was pleasantly surprised that they had cereal for breakfast.
I tried to sleep in the bed but the mattress was awful, the couch was much better do I switched to sleeping on the couch.

The location was excellent. The apartment was cosy, spacious and beautifully decorated. It felt very secure with the double locks on doors, metal security door and window covers. Amenities were also very good.
The bed was very uncomfortable, as were the pillows. The neighbours were quite loud until late at night.

Great apartment but very hot inside!”

The pictures show the apartment very well! it is beautiful and it was very clean and nice. Everything worked great, good shower, good washing mashine and very secure! had 4 locks on the door and double windows. The people in the building are quiet and nice.
there is no aircondition , only one fan and the apartment got hotter then outside! it was 30+ outside and even hotter inside, was very hard to sleep because of that! To get up to the apartment you have to walk 60-70 steps and next to the apartment is renovations with some noise. That is the reason we would probbably not stay again.

very small curtains therefore no privacy...can be seen from outside. temperature in rooms where very hot and no climate settings available even after i contacted owner, and also water heater too small for a family of 4(water gets cold fast)
