Staff here are really good all of them 👏 very helpful and prompt responses. Cleanliness is excellent too , I only hope they will improve the breakfast its almost the same in my entire stay.

Best Service”
The best part of my stay was the staff attitude. 1. At the time of check in, the process become very smooth because of Mr. Mukesh at service desk. His customer dealing was fantastic and he is an asset for Elite Grande Hotel. 2. At breskfast, the staff was curtious and friendly. 3. At fitness center, Mr. Mahesh - Swim trainer was very helpful and friendly. I will definatly recommend this hotel as there customer dealing is above average.

Amazing stay as usual”
Staff are very courteous and kind, room is nice with all necessities you need like fridge, microwave, breakfast is perfect and have many varieties, location is an excellent just 2 minutes driving to city center mall, Just a point that i did not like i had to wait elevator for almost 10 minutes more than a time as one elevator was out of service during my stay , and i have never seen this during my last 6 visits to my favorite hotel; however, i will surely come again with my family. Thanks Elite team for your nice hospitality.

Delay at reception for Check IN”
The reason for delay was that the Reception Staff could not find the my payment that include suit and break fast. I left reception and went in the room and got my Break Fast without any issue.

I have stayed 1 bedroom appartment and found comfurtable living room coming with open kitchen and compemintries, the bedroom is nice but the bed is not much cofurtable compare to the 5 star hotels but it's very clean, i think it's the good choice for families whom wants to be near to shopping malls such as City Center mall & Seef Mall, the breakfast is excellent according to 4 star hotel but the tables are few so you need to stay couble of miuents to have a table. in the room you will find spa cataloge but when i asked i undertod it's not in the same hotel but within Elit Group in other area.

Second time to visit Elite and as i said last time the hotel is unique. I was pleased with a free upgrade of my room. Also this time i had the chance to taste the lovely food in the breakfast with multiple selections. I would deffenitly recommend this hotel to a friend. Thanks again Elite

Amazing hotel”
One of the best hotels that i have ever visited. Location is great at few steps from city center and seef shopping mall. Room is wonderful with a nice view. Swimming pool at 11st floor is a must to try as the atmosphere is very lovely. I would definitely come again.

I would recommend it, because in comparison to a 4 - 5 Star Hotel with the same price, you have much more space and options. We really enjoyed the Multimedia on nights when we didn't go out. Many times before in Hotels we experienced bad reception TV with limited choices. You can invite friends to come over and sit with them in the comfy living room while the kitchenette is only separated by a large bar with chairs.

The property seems a little old from the outside but this is a very good hotel for families and located right next to the city centre mall. We were expecting a small room but were pleasantly surprised by the one bedroom apartment. The TV in the living room had good HD channels. The breakfast was decent enough, nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay. will definitely stay at this property again.

Disappointed ”
As I know that elite has a very good reputation... But I was disappointed of the dealing of front office employee when I was asking simply about the toilet(answering like someone fighting ☺) ... Other thing is that my room has a very thin door with another room, isolation was zero, we couldn't sleep because of the neighbors noise middle of the night.
