    Emerald Appartment Hotel : VERY BAD”

    I have several times to ask to waive the wrong booking date, and I have proved that the correct one is Jan 5-6, 2022; but they DON'T CARE ! Same thing with AGODA. Don't want to use the service anymore !

    Like an old apartement ”

    Bed cover, tower, pillow look not clean. The water too, almost empty when shower at morning, electricity not enough for 1 night, unclean floor, the light down. We stay at junior suit, but like standard. Not recomended.
