Hi, This is my holiday home.. Due to my work commitments, I have not been using this holiday home as much as I would like to.

So instead of leaving the villa under utilised, I have decided to share it with you.

In PD, getting a holiday home of this quality is indeed rare and it id ideally for families who would like to spend some quality time together in a nice surrounding.

I love to travel and meet people. I travel most of the time. However, I have a dedicated and friendly Property manager with a full crew of cleaners, maintenance and gardner. It is in fact like a hotel homestay.

Non-staying guests are not permitted to enter villa compound and access villa facilities. 5. Not suitable for pets 6. A refundable security deposit of RM1000 will be required at check-in. 7. Facilities are to be used with care. 8. Keep the house tidy and clean and furniture should stay where they are as you find them. 9. @12Haven practices quiet hours between 10pm to 9am. 10. Durians are not allowed in the villa as the smell will stay in the premises for sometime. However, it is permissible if consumed outside around the pool area and the shells and seeds disposed off in the garbage bin provided outside the compound. If for any reason, the smell is detected within the villa, a penalty of RM250 will be imposed for clean up purposes. 11. Please keep the main gate and the gate leading to the seafront closed at all times. 12. Please ensure all windows, doors and gates are locked when you leave the villa. 13. Please switch off all air condition when not in use. 14. Only light cooking is permitted - heating up cold food, soup, instant noodle or to steam. 15. Please respect the neighbours. No rowdy behaviour and loud noise or music that will disrupt the neighbourhood peace. 16. Any illegal activities or substance abuse is strictly prohibited and offenders will be reported to authorities for further action. 17. Do take note, children may be less careful than adults in a new surrounding. So please take extra care with children on balconies, stairs & in and around the swimming pool. It is your sole responsibility to ensure their safety and the Management shall not be held responsible whatsoever in the event of any mishaps. 18. We respectfully remind you that any items brought into the villa, its car park or grounds including valuables and personal belongings are brought in at your own risk. The Villa shall not be held responsible whatsoever for the damage or loss of any property owned by the guest or anyone connected to the guest’s stay at the Villa.

Our stay at 12@Haven was truly a memorable experience. The house was even better than the pictures, clean and well equipped. Enough amenities were provided for cooking and hosting a group. The pool and fountain were clean and plenty of pool towels were provided. The house comfortably slept a large group as there were sufficient mattresses, pillows and blankets provided. 12@Haven is also baby friendly and was complimented by the baby chair and bath tub provided. Lastly, thank you to Mr.Siva for being so accommodating to us. Highly recommend this place for big groups and family vacations with young children.

Good place for gathering... location wise was also convenient. ”

Make sure close the doors and windows by 7pm as the place is full of mosquitoes When we booked the bungalow it was mentioned 5 rooms available but there were only 4 on that day .. the other one was locked , and the 4th room was too small more like a store to keep extra beds and other items ... it was not convenient sleeping in tht room

the place is clean. I think the management need to change the matress/bed in one of the bedroom upstairs..the single bed in bedroom 3 is uncomfortable (feels like will easily break) and the matress hurts...can feel the spring already
