Best place to stay while exploring Ipoh”
The place is good and clean, provided with good breakfast and very delicious hi-tea. There are plenty of free open-spaced parking, as well as in-building slots if required. Very convent spot, close to AEON shopping mall with lots of variety of restaurants, as well as locals right around the corner, reachable by walking distance. If travel with older kids, might as well to book extra room since the room is quite small to accommodate more than 2 adults, but okay if only travel with smaller ones. The bathroom is spacious. Very friendly staffs, and always available if there are any problems.

Great Location, pricing and choice!”
Great location in the heart of Ipoh I would say, walking distance able to reach several restaurant and Aeon mall. Overall the room size is ok, spacious bathroom, the only down part about the room would be the not so sound proof walls and doors(I can hear people passing by during the late night when back to their rooms as well as cleaner cleaning during the day time). Gym facilities are out of my expectation, here's a thumbs up for it. Breakfast wise not really great but considering the pricing, the save-up cost can get you great local food nearby.

Purposely booked this hotel due to good reviews in one FB group. All is great. Attentive staffs, great location,just a walking distance from Aeon Kinta. Most importantly the toilet is so so clean. All amenities are nice. Decorations is so luxury. Love everything in here. No issue at all for the safety. Surely will repeat later for our North trip. My kids just love their tiger so much. Thank you for your great hospitality and please keep this reputation for a long time.

Was so impressed! Cleanliness is top notch. Room was comfortable and staffs were really polite and helpful Basically, I felt this hotel had so much to offer to make the guests' stay a memorable one! I appreciate the genorisity of the hotel to offer free gifts such as masks, t shirts etc not forgetting the lovely hi tea that has a variety to offer. 1969 Business Suite @ Ipoh Garden is truly a wonderful place to stay.

Friendly staff, lovely hotel! ”
Arrived 30mins before check in time but room was still not ready yet so the hotel treated the guests Hi-Tea buffet. Delicious cakes and savoury treats! Then one of the hotel staff ushered us to our room. He was wearing spec..I didn’t get his name. Since I was travelling with kids alone, I didn’t carry a lot of cash, I cannot tip him. The next day when I wanted to check out, I would like to see him but he wasn’t around. Please, please tip him and the hotel staff if you can because they are very helpful! Very attentive. Keep it up! My kids and I really enjoyed our stay! We will back, insyaAllah! Ipoh is awesome!

School Holiday”
I paid a bit expensive about rm260 but i guess its because of school holiday bcoz this hotel have no pool. However when i reached inside the room.i so suprise. Its really clean+complimentary hi-tea. Everything was good. Staff so friendly. Im surely come again. Hope also the management can keep a good work by make sure the cleaniness is top priority and keep a good staff.

it is a newly built hotel, ive been to most of the hotel in ipoh, so i would like to try this hotel plus other hotel was fully booked and it was last minute planning. not expecting much for the hotel room as long as we have a room to stay in the city. the hotel totally above my expectation, the staff are very friendly one of them is Hakim, they treated us like 5 stars hotel, and the room is spacious with nice balcony but the view is the back of the mall, but its okay. the mall is just beside the hotel. overall we had a lovely and enjoyable stay. and their food also nice, we liked the nasi lemak.

-Located nearby mall, shops and eateries -Check-Ins was smooth -Arrived early and check-in was supposed to be at 3pm but offered semi buffet hi-tea while waiting for room to be ready. Very nice food and concept -Excellent room cleanliness -Friendly & helpful staff -Breakfast spread is small but delicious. -Overall is excellent experiences and highly recommended.

The room light a bit dark. Don't like the dark color theme room but this is my personal preference. Room is clean with good hair conditioner provided. My husband like it a lot. Good customer service with high tea & breakfast. Delicious food! Convenient place with Aeon and restaurant around. Highly recommended!

Im traveling with my small 2 kids, the room was super clean that i dont mind my 1yr old son to crawl on the floor.. got lots of gift including my 2 children with some cute soft toys.. the food was good and we got complimentary high tea that we unable to attend.. but overall my stays here was great…

A night stay truly worth the money, appreciate the high tea exchange for free gift due to no stock, lovely ambient, carpeted floor and the washroom was an extra star. Soft pillows, ceiling fan and AC - had a great sleep. Breakfast was well, maybe can improve on the item variations. Recommended for couple and family stay!!

we arrived late at night with my small children age 7 and 5 years old. . i wrongly booked twinbeds. thanks to the staff , they showed us the room first to confirm whether want to stay there or need to upgrade .twin beds are super single but cannot be put together sidr to side. my young boys might fall at night.after viewing the room, we decided to upgrade room to superking which is very large can fit all 4 of us comfortably. the staff counter and bellboy were very helpful.
