Cheap but far away of a good beach.

Owner is nice and you can get cheap tours or bikes. You have good restaurants and convenience shops nearby. Place is in a small alley outside the main touristic area. We enjoyed the room but the neighbours' dogs and kids are noisy as hell from early in the morning.

Simple and close to the beach”

Room was really basic, and building was hidden down a dark alley so was tricky to find. Host was a lovely guy, and there was a really cheap and welcoming restaurant just outside with good affordable food. Just across the street from the beach and right next to several tour offices. Bathroom was a bit dirty but overall had a pleasant stay.

Basic but clean accomadation. Value for money. Nice owners. If u are arriving on Sinh bus the hotel is right across the street so convenient.

Far from city center but walking distance (30-35 Min) to Fairy Stream (a must see). And in front of The Sigh Tourist bus company (one of the best to travel around Vietnam). If you want to go to city centre there are plenty taxis or you can catch a local bus (I think one every 30 Min) that are very cheap.

No-Frills place, nice owners, bought a 5$ Sands Dune tour through them. Room is old, could be a bit cleaner. Rooster started being loud at 5:30 litterally next door. Place is a little hard to find at night, located behind two shops on the main road. A 1min walk away from the beach. For one night in Mui Ne, it’s fine, but for longer stays look elsewhere

Run by the sweetest family, this is my go to place whenever I'm in Mui Ne. Do not expect bells and whistles here, you get what you paid for. A decent place, good location and surrounded by shops, restaurants and walkable distance to the beach. will definitely return.

Rooms are generally in proper condition. Tour agents (The Sinh Tourists), and eateries are just within walking distance from the guesthouse !

no hot shower (plus the bath shower was more like dripping water), dirty bed sheet, definitely could find a better hostel at the same price in Mui Ne

No air conditioner at Dormitory. There are two fans but it still too hot. The staff was so kind and friendly ！

It was fine”

It was fine for a night or two. Seemed clean enough with a good ac and good wifi. It had a weird reception as there wasn't really a desk so it was hard to find someone to ask questions. When we did find them, the staff was nice enough but hard to understand at times. Location was right across from the Sihn Bus which was convenient. For everything else, you'd have to rent a bike or take a jeep tour.

I spent 2 nights in 247 c/a guesthouse in Mui Né and I can tell that for the price everything is perfect, everything in my room looked new and perfectly clean, bathroom with Hot shower tv wifi fridge air conditionner. .. they are very nice vietnames family. Guesthouse is quiet, you can rent scooter to visit the village, sand dunes, beaches and cham towers. As there is not a real center, i say its a very good location, there are many restaurants and stores around , i highly recomend !!

It was a clean cool guesthouse. Its like bungalows. Just next to the n.1 restaurant. Good choice

It looked like the toilet has not been cleaned in weeks. I asked for them to clean it up but they simply ignored me. Luckly I stayed for only one night
