Guests are responsible for keeping the property and its contents in the same condition during the stay as at the start date of the booking. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the Booking. The Property Owner will hold a Security Deposit of Rp 500,000.- to be applied against any reasonable cleaning and/or replacement of the property, furnishings, fixtures and fittings. The amount of this Security Deposit is to be paid at the time of check-in and will be returned to the guest within 7 days of the end of the Booking period, less any deduction accordingly. Approval from the Property Owner can be obtained in the case of bank transfer is preferred for payment of claim. Please refrain from eating, drinking, playing, using any kind of oil or perfume, and working on the bed as to avoid staining. Penalty for staining bedsheet/quilt/pillow/bolster cover: Rp100,000.-/bed Please keep noise level down especially at night and at the corridor as to respect the neighbours. No smoking, No durian, No pets. Penalty for smoking: Rp 1,000,000.- No parties nor events. Please always keep children under supervision/attended. Please keep the unit clean at all time, especially from food waste as not to attract pests, avoid smell, and it’s for your own health benefit and comfort. Please store trashes (especially food wastes) at the trash room (just 5 steps away from the unit door) every night and upon check out. Please clean the kitchen after cooking. An extra cleaning charge of Rp150,000.- will be levied if the kitchen is left in a mess upon check out. Thank you for your contribution in preserving the environment by switching off devices when not in use . Switch off lights and air-conditioners whenever you leave the apartment and upon check-out. Please remember to return the keys/cards upon check out.
