However, due to repeating issues of irresponsible guest behaviour therefore we hope our guest read this rule before check in : Due to this is private apartment and not a hotel ,we hope our guest to help us to take care of the unit all rubbish should be thrown into the garbage chute next to elevator or you may leave it in one place for us to clean up -please clean up the kitchen after using and put all the kitchenware as they were -do not smoke in the unit (fine 300 k will apply) -before leaving the unit, all electricity and stove must be turned off -do not bring food or drink in the bedroom to prevent spills on bed -additional charged will be applied if theres damages on property : +pillow case: 50k +quilt cover :800k +linen :250k +glassware:50k +plate :50k +access card:100k Thankyou for your cooperation, i wish you enjoy our place, have a great stay!!!

This place is perfect for folks who need to be near Ancol. Easy to work with Endro to get in and out, has the amenities needed to cook and sleep comfortably. Better to support other people than hotel chains!

外国人には厳しいと思います”

台所にはゴキブリ、Wi-Fiはない。トイレットペーパーは少ない。ドライヤーは壊れてる。ちょっと外国人には厳しいと思います。

bagus banget apartementnya!! luas, tempat tidur cukup banyak sesuai dengan yg menginap up to 6 orang. viewnya apalagi krn lt 30 bagus bangettt bener2 kaya bukan di jakarta. peralatan dapur lengkap, mandi jg lengkap udh ada handuk, sabun, sampo. kolam renang oke bersih juga. pemilik unit jg informatif utk yg baru pertama kali booking apart. pokonya kl main ke daerah ancol fix bgt nginepnya balik ke sini lg ;)
