No water at 3rd floor (any), don't know about the 2nd. Shower and toilet possible at the stuff bathroom (1st floor) - or you can use water from the bottle. Internet is very slow (spend about half an hour to book the ticket for a plane). Stuff speaks English very less. Found a cheaper hotel in same area (with hot water and better wi-fi).

Need some improvement if you are in a budget its worth it ”
Pros: You have all the shops nearby, 24/7 food shops, subway sandwiches, McDonalds, cold storage, 24/7 seven eleven. Really cheap when compared to other similar hotels. Cons : My room was not clean and had problems with my room water heater. Too much noise rest may be good idk I cant feel any hotel or Inn atmosphere Too laidback staffs but friendly though. If you are coming as family not recommended. Finally If you are in a budget and can adjust Then its okay

Its ok if you dont mind overnight (1 night) in JB, because its budget hotel. I will suggest stay better accommodation hotel if more than 1 night because certain reason such as amenities, facility and cleanness. Advantage of this hotel is location such as food court, pelangi plaza or local restaurant.

"The type is the former cloth of the person's butt yellow" - Just lying down immediately itchy "many necks and bodies of mosquitoes. - Enter the toilet, how dirty is the dirty shower area like to crash down the noise of 1 hallway heard. -I protest if you want to move to the room, the reason is the mechanics will correct, but it doesn't come too, -In the downstairs front there are commercial sex workers who like to cheat people when you bring your family. It's my worse experience as a budget traveller. I have been to other budget places for overnight stay, none of them can compare to this one. Spider web everywhere, dirty towel, condoms from previous guest on the floor, antique bulky TV with no channels, someone knocked on the door at the middle of the night......

One can truly get the value of his or her money in 7 hung hung inn hotel. The hotel was very affordable yet it had all the basic amenities that a traveler needs. It had a great location being near a mall and a convenience store open 24/7. It also had very helpful and friendly customer support employees.

A truly budget hotel”
This hotel is a truly budget hotel. A good hotel just for sleeping where it is near to public transport, immigration center, shopping ( Pelange Plaza, KSL mall, Holiday Plaza, Danga Mall, and CITI Square), food (local food delights ranging from malay, indian, chinese, and speciality fast foods like mcdonalds). Public transport (bus) to all destinations within JB.

Last week was traveling to Malaysia with my girlfriend. I could say this place which I am staying is an normal average inn. Just for a night will do. The good things about this is the the location, beside this inn there is few chill out bar which was not bad. The price is still manageable and good place to relax after a day of hard work. Unexpected cozy room for 3.”
we actually have a big event in singapore. we have to depart early in the morning and back to hotel already at evening time for 2 days. the room is good enough as what i paid for. maybe we're lucky, the time we check in just right after renovation (as we still can smell the new paint). the room is neat and clean. the only thing has to improve is the toilet can be more clean and keep it dry always will be better. girls, if you are going alone, that will be a little bit embarassing as we saw prostitudes at the same road of the hotel. but if you're just looking for a low budget place that could supply you 1 or 2 nights business trip just ignore what you saw. the best part is, it is very near to the check point to singapore. many food stalls around and shopping mall is just few steps away.

Value for money”
Overall I was quite pleased,the bed was comfortable and yes as with another reviewer, my door was knocked at around 10pm and I had to shout in Malay "Siapa !" before the knocking. Guess it might been the wrong room...anyway there's no lift and I had climb up 3 floors to my room. Nonetheless, great value for money and will stay there again if I need a single night stay.
