Really interesting hotel. The rooms are great and extremely clean. Everything was almost perfect and the staff were also great. One thing I noticed was that they didn’t have any hand towels but thats about it.

The Narcissus of budget hotels”
At reasonable amount you got Luxury room plus underground parking, swimming pool and gym. Basically it’s 5 star hotel not 3 one. You won’t be disappointed. The receptionist and Fouad were really nice. Thanks for your hospitality. The swimming pool from 10 to 10 and the cafe open 24 hours with restaurant.

Very unhelpful staff. They don’t function well under stress. No complementary water was served.”
Only one towel was served and when I asked for more the said we don’t have. After two days they served towels.

깨끗한 호텔.”
호텔은 지어진지 얼마 안되었는데, 매우 정돈되고 깨끗합니다. 기본으로 제공해 주는 수건과 물 등은 매일매일 교체가 잘 이뤄지진 않았습니다. 하지만 호텔 룸 정리는 매우 잘해주었습니다. 위치는 공항과는 가깝습니다. 직원들은 친절한 편입니다.

لايتوفر في الغرف شامبو وصابون يد وفرشاة اسنان والغريب ان الدواليب لايوجد بها علاقات للملابس نرجوا منهم توفيرها في المستقبل

النظافه جميله لكن يعاب عليه لا يوجد عوازل بالغرف بالصباح الباكر يتم تشغيل الموسيقا بصوت عالي مما يسبب ازعاج للنايم

نظيف وجديد وراقي لكن خدمة زيرو”
المكان نظيف وجديد ومرتب وهادئ وصوت القرآن شغال 24 ساعة في الممرات وتحس انك جالس بمكان محترم، لكن الخدمة سيئة جداً، المطعم مغلق للصيانة لمدة اسبوع!! يعني حتى لو تبي ماء للشرب لازم تطلب مرسول او هنقرستيشن او تطلع بنفسك!! 3 مرات طلبتهم يرسلون العامل عشان ياخذ ملابسي للمغسلة وماجاني الا بعد رابع اتصال!! أشكر الموظف المصري،والموظف السعودي اللي يلبس نظارات.. ما عرفت اسمه، لكنهم كانوا قمة في الرقي والأدب.. بقية الموظفين في الريسبشن للأسف ماعندهم أساسيات الذوق في الاستقبال للأسف اني قضيت أكثر من اسبوع هنا وبعدها صحصحت واكتشفت انه فيه أكثر من مكان في نفس المنطقة وبنفس السعر وبخدمة أجمل.

الأسعار عند الإفتتاح قبل سنه ونص تقريباً كانت معقوله ،، بعد فتره زادو الأسعار بما يقارب ٥٠ ٪ وبعض الغرف أكثر من كذا !!! وبالمقابل مستوى النظافه والخدمه نزل !!
