At first, when we arrive at Adhisthana, it's kinda hard to find because it's in some sort of alley but the place is quite big with the iconic doors in the front. The room is smaller than we expected but it's clean. Kinda smells musty but it'll be gone when you turn on the ac. The TV isn't Smart TV yet so don't expect to watch Netflix or some sort. The breakfast doesn't have many options but it taste good. Love the fried rice.

It was my first time staying at Adhisthana Hotel for family short escape on weekends, and it was Great! The staff were humble & helpful, room & facilities were clean, neat, comfortable, as well as the pool. We enjoyed our stay, enjoyed the food and impressed with the uniqe interiors and surroundings. The location is great. I love the ambiance. The room was nice and clean. Staffs were friendly and helpful. I’m in love with their bed and pillows. But the parking lot was pretty small. Overall very good!

Me and my girlfriend were stayed for 3 days 2 nights at this cozy hotel, breakfast was served in buffet style. Worth for money and very easy to get foods as many locals or westerns cuisine just 1-2 streets away.

I would have given them a perfect score if not for the old towels they provided. But really, this place is highly recommended. The place is really charming and they've got everything you'll ever need for a comfortable stay. The best part about it is its location. In my opinion, Prawirotaman is the better neighborhood to pick as a base for your stay in Jogja. It's very chill and the city's best restos and cafes are just within walking distance.

Nice Hotel”
Staying for 2 nights with 2 children under 10. We booked 2 rooms. The room was cozy, clean, and a little bit small. But we already know so we booked 2 rooms. The Hotel location very strategic. Near to Tempo Gelato , ViaVia cafe, YamYam Resto, and other Cafe or coffee shops around there. Breakfast suprisingly, complete enough for the hotel rate. We love the foods. The Bed very comfy for us. And dont forget the Greentea Soap. Love it!

Cute place with Javanese Interior Design”
1. Easy check in 2. Accommodating staff although at 3 coz we need to go sunrise at 3.30 am. Breakfast was packed for us. 🌞 Fried rice or American breakfast was the option served with fruits, tea and coffee and juice box. Simple yet Delicious! 3. Very quite Lane! According to our driver the Prawirotaman 2 is a quiet lane as compared to malioboro. So if u really want peaceful sleep. Choose adhistana coz it's so beautiful!!! 4. Toilet was average. But perfect! Water was running fast and bidet also the water pressure was very good 😊 I love it.

It was my second time staying here, first with friends, and this time with mom..Location is quite close to city center, but in quite area,,,but there are many restaurants around the hotel,,the room is beautiful as always, i think the bathroom needs renovation, they should change the tiles of it,,. the breakfast was getting better than my previous stay, there were many variants of food. they renovated the dining room, ooh i really love to see it,,everything were so pretty, the tiles, the decorations, the chairs and also the lamps, good job on it,,keep on improving!!
