Booked thru Agoda which was cheaper than walk in. I upgraded from the Solo Plus room to Double Plus room for 12 hours stay. This room has its own bathroom. Very comfortable. Staff very helpful and was quick to send the iron to my room at 1 a.m. Boarded the free shuttle bus at 3 a.m to get to KLIA. Will stay again in the future.

A nice spot to rest before catching early morning flight. Convenient as it is in the airport itself. Near to many F&B around. Price a but pricey, I booked for max 12hours stay that cost close to RM400. Perhaps due to few days booking before flight time. Overall, nice & comfort stay.

Safe for ladies”
Feeling safe and calm as I feel worried from the beginning after knowing that there is shared bathroom. Staff friendly explain to my request. The shared shower room are clean, body shampoo, hair shampoo and body lotion provided. Accepted my luggage kept before I checked-in and I can go shopping at Mitsui. Great experienced and very convenient for those catching morning flight to escape the traffic jammed.

Best place to overnight for early morning flight”
A bit pricey but the hotel maintaining high standard of cleanliness. There are 3 shared bathroom, but the drainage in the shower area are clogged. The water won't flow immediately. The amenities are good in quality and the room service menu is reasonably priced.

Very cosy”
Cosy beds, very clean, nice toilet and bathroom. Near to fast food and food stalls in the terminal. Very quiet and suitable for rest. But during my stay construction work had to be done from floor right above ie drilling at 11pm that had last for 1h (right above the hotel is departure level so any work must be done at night when there are fewer customers). The staffs at customer service, control centre and hotel were very helpful though and understanding. They tried their best to help. Highly recommended for busy and tired traveller.

Just a small request. The reception should be more attentive to both walk in in and those online booking. I tried to get confirmation over the phone but no one pick up the call after several attempts.

Everything was great except for the horrendous moving of tables and chairs just outside hotel foyer.. In middle of the night and early morning.. Presumably shifting furniture in the restaurant.

Recommended for solo traveller”
Everything is just great.. Its a small comfy and well equipped room.. Slippers.. hair dryer.. Towel.. a bottle of mineral bottle.. there are 3 shared bathrooms with shampoo, shower cream and hand sanitizer provided.. The bathrooms are clean even thou they are shared with the others.. Overall i have a good time spending the night at aerohotel.. Highly recommended for solo travellers who need to stay for long hours at the airport while awaiting for the next flight.. PS: remember to bring along your room access card even if you are just goin to the bathroom.. Or else you wont be able to enter your room and you need to ask for help from the reception.. Like meeee🙈

Strategic location and comfortable ”
We book room for 12max hour from 3pm to 3 am here and Staff friendly and when we arrive early just passing our luggage to them for storage for waiting our check in time. Location is very strategic inside airport and easy to us for departure flight only use escalator near hotel up from Level 2 to Level 3. So no worry for our early morning flight. Facilities in hotel is provided very comfortable and clean. We very satisfied and next time will be staying here if have early morning flight.

Good transit hotel”
During my stay, the check-in process at 11pm was fast..the room (solo room) was clean and has comfortable bed. Solo room does not have private bathroom, sharing bathroom was available (did not experience having to wait someone to exit the bathroom). The room size is small (the size of a king size bed). No window. Your sleep may be disturbed by banging doors of those checking out from 4am onwards. Easy checkout process, just return the room key into the chekout box. Suitable for those who needs comfortable bed during transit. Not suitable for those who need quality sleep and claustrophobic. If the price is right, surely will consider to stay here again.
