Excellent location, even i believe it is the closest hotel to Haram. Quick check in, very attentive concierge staff, large single bed and a very economical rate from Agoda. It's in mall with super market and food court. It is right in front of Gate number 01 (King Abdul Aziz Gate) and 94 (the only gate open for Umrah travelers to access Mataaf) so location is best. The only problem is that the hotel is huge so when it is full then sometime housekeeping missed cleaning the room, at 11 night i am unable to make hot baby food or order room service, had to go out of the hotel for that. During Namaz time it is difficult to reach in front of the hotel due to rush and closed roads by police because hotel location in front of Haram on Ajyad side.

I stayed with my young kids for a night and had a great overall experience. Pros: Very helpful staff, prompt on addressing any complaint ( I had one, which was handled instantly), very clean and best wrt value for money.Despite of waiting for couple of hours, allowed to check in at 2:30 pm, which is I :30 hrs. earlier than their normal check - in timings. Cons: On the map, it showed in front on Clock tower, in reality, its on the back., no parking at the facility.

Need some improvement in bathrooms rest it is a very good option to stay specially with low rates in off season. I would definitely recommend to all the parents with infant babies like us, please ignore what all others have written. I have stayed in this hotel from Sep 22-24, 2017 and even with Hajjis still present i was impressed with many of the facilities. Though there is always a room of improvement.Please consider the following, 1. Excellent location (with no ramps or steep walk) 2. No mall in hotel like all the other 5 star in the front 3. Compact hotel max 80m from Gate 88 4. Quick check-in & Check-out 5. Reasonable breakfast though they can add more varieties but it’s worthy 6. Rooms size is adequate if you have a twin room, though compact room is a little small 7. For me this hotel is best choice specially in off season ( SR. 300-500) in peak season it’s obviously expensive

The hotel is near Haram. Its main door is at Ajyad street and has access to Abraj Al Bait. Staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet includes many varieties.

It can easily be the best for the price if following things are taken care of: 1. No of shuttles. 2 during the day and 1 at night is a low noumber considering the requirements around prayers' time. 2. Maintenance. A. checking in at 6 pm and still rooms were not fully ready.B. A/C control in one out of two rooms malfunctioning and required an hour with the technician and not fully resolved. C. Center Shower in one out of two bathrooms was not working. 3. Receptionist took 20 minutes to process check-in and gave me the keys which were not working for one of the rooms. 4. Breakfast. Unlike other places the breakfast was not having any kinds of soups. The A/C system does not have any heaters. hence the minimum temperature that you can have is room temperature which can be difficult to bear if it is too low.

Awsome service with early check in at 11 am and late checkout at 3 pm, reasonable breakfast, clean nice beds twin queen beds with room view to Haram, best for value at the time I booked during busy weekend. Nice staff welcoming team. Amazing elevators smart! I was at the 25th floor and immediately locating right lift after pressing button and in few seconds there it is. Big number of elevators in a tower hotel is very important to quickly catch Prayer! Location is great less than 5 minutes walking to Haram. In the clock towers being second tier facing Haram and shopping and restaurants, dry clean, barber all in the same area. For sure I will book again in my next Umra trip.

The location like all abradj hotels is the best in mekkah , breackfast was good room with separated bed !!! like we were two friends not a couple ! i have stayed on several hotel in abradj al bayte , only 3 of them we can consider as 5 Stars ( moveimpeak , fermont , raffle ... the remain ones all are 4 stars

Dear Umrah's Travellers, - Everything was nice. - I used to book in most Abraj Albait Hotels (e.g., Rayhaan, Hajar, Swissotel, etc.). However, the Pullman ZamZam is distinguished by having spacious studio-rooms, and a dinning table. Also, some rooms have bath tubs, and other rooms have spacious shower for handicap and older people. - I booked to connecting rooms, and I really recommend this option if you have family, specially older parents travelling with young couple, so that everyone can gather whenever needed, as well as can have calm and privacy for sleeping at night, by just closing the interconnection doors. - The hotel lobby is located at P11 - The restaurant is located at P13, where the elevators' doors are just attached to the restaurant's entrance. - You can go easily to female prayer hall (which is Al Haram prayer) at P10 (once you exist the hotel's lobby at P11), by the elevators or escalators. - You can go easily to male prayer hall (which is Al Haram prayer) at P09 (once you exist the hotel's lobby at P11), by the elevators or escalators - The only thing that was inconvenient the regular very late check-in at 5:00pm, which makes it difficult to find a ready room before 2:00pm (which is the regular check-out time). I wish the hotel is manage this issue, as there are different flights arriving at the morning and early-afternoon times, where the travellers have stay in the lobby few hours to get a ready-room - I suggest two things for group travellers (and myself in future) 1) If your flight arrives at fager, early morning, please, book at least one room the day before, so that you can come earlier any time, early morning, early afternoon, etc., so you can use that room for having a meal, doing wudu, shower, etc. before doing umrah. Then, after that you can take your booked rooms for the groups at 5:00pm, where you will be done peacefully from umrah. 2) to book your flight, such that it arrives at evening (at or after 5:00pm), where your room will be r

Friendly staff, children friendly, good location, good shuttle service to the Al Haram. Comfortable bedding, good size bed, good furniture such as wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, coffee table and chairs. Room size is very good. Good quality carpet flooring. Room was clean and hygienic. Also they have digital safe to put your cash and passport safely. Bathroom size was excellent too for one room. Housekeeping service was excellent which they clean room everyday, ane give you fresh towel, shampoo, water etc. I had two room. One bathroom was bit small, but it doesn't bother me. There is a uphill slope which can be very difficult for elderly people and children. But taxi service helps. I also stayed in Elaf Medina which was slightly better than Elaf Ajyad Makkah. Overall Elaf hotel is following United Kingdom hotel standard. I felt welcome as they helped me to find good taxi to Madinah and from Medina to Jeddah. I would recommend this to family and friends. this is one of the best hotel I've stayed in makkah very close to Haram near the new extension. this is my 2nd stay in anjum and I must say both times the experience has been wonderful. the service provided by staff is outstanding. The staff are very caring . breakfast buffet is very good maybe on of the best, all the good served is made with care, unlike the makkah restaurants Anjum food is outstanding/tasty and not bland for sure !! Anjum has a outside sitting are where you can relax at night highly recommend this for your perfect umrah,

This is one of the many times I am writing about this hotel. I stay there every visit to HOLY CITY MAKKAH. They are situated right in the CLOCK TOWER which is the best location for prayer timing and all. I would recommend you to take this hotel during your stay in this city as you will just love the location so much with all the things the hotel serve you. Positive # Location # Clean # Comfort Of Bed. # Best Climate Aircon Control # VERY Good WiFi System just loved it. # Kids Club play area. # Various Restaurant # Best Room speaker with Prayer From AL HARAM linked so that you can hear everything clearly and pray on time if you are not willing to go outside of your room. # Prayer Hall. Negative # Sometime the key card might disturb a lot and you have to change it too often with the reception. # Guest not allowed to do meeting in room only in lobby. # Very bad choice of breakfast only good for European nothing for Asian culture people.

Stayed three nights while performing Umrah. Very clean and modern facility. Did find an English speaking person in the check-in counter. Room was clean and nice with all the amnesties expected from a 4 star hotel. Daily cleaning was also available. Overall, everyone liked the hotel. Moderate 15 minutes walking distance from the Haraam. Last hundred yards or so to the hotel is slightly stiff, but not a problem for most adults. This will be true for many hotels given the topology. No on premise sit-in restaurant for lunch or diner - room service only. It is bit pricey and we opted to eat out instead.

this hotel is definitely the best in mecca!!! we booked a gorgeous suite with a separate living room with dining table and a fantastic bathroom, and you can see the kaaba clearly from the window. it was an amazing experience! and every single detail in the hotel is superior starting from the decoration of the room, well selected colors, the size of the suite, bed, staff, cleanliness, bathroom, food, speed and quantities of elevators, location, everything was worthy of a more than luxury five star rating. it is quite obvious from the friendliness of the staff that they are very well trained to seven stars level. espresso and tea is free, complimentary water every day. they have also a fantastic ice cream restaurant worth a visit

Breakfast was good, location was awesome for daily prayers. Parking is congested, very difficult to get the route, never use Google map to this address better do to another hotel In Ajyad street. Stay was very nice

I was quite sceptical about the hotel as I had never been in Mecca. I had heard that the 5 star hotels within the vicinity of the masjid al haraam were just by name sake and that people were just paying extra for the location. In terms of Conrad, it had really taken me by surprise. It is by far, one of the best hotels that I have ever been to. The rooms was very clean and extremely beautiful. The staff just added to the amazing ambiance of the hotel. They were amazing and were constantly smiling. I would definitely book this hotel the next time I come here.

Alhamdulillah, this was my first umrah and definitely first time in the holy city of Mecca. We were in a group of seven and we were greeted with warm welcome at the entrance after approximately 2 hours journey from Jeddah (due to heavy traffic). We had one hiccup which 1 of three rooms booked from Agoda wasn't in their system. We checked in to the two rooms first. I was slightly uneasy as I was still ihram but patience was all I have. At first, I was instructed by the check in staff to go to one of their department to deal with this one particular Agoda booking. In my opinion it wasn't my job running around their department to solve this problem. After a while he agreed he will deal with this problem. Anyway, we got the third room that we paid for. I am thankful for that. Other than that, the hotel is really close to Masjidil Haram, it is connected to (for me at least) a very sufficient mall complete with food court on top level and supermarket on the lower ground level. Wifi is free and quick. Staffs in general were all good, patience and welcoming. I wouldn't mind staying again.

1. Excellent location, just a few minutes away from Haram. 2. Hotel reception guys, as usual all over KSA, can't converse in English and depend on the bell boys who are usually from India, Pakistan or Bangladesh and speak Hindi/Urdu. 3. Didn't opt for breakfast so can't comment on food quality. 4. If somebody comes to pick/drop you from hotel, they can't park the car in front of the hotel as police will immediately fine them! 5. A friend told me that the Stars given to the hotels here are managed by Government, so no point cribbing about if this is a 4 star or 5 star!

the makkah hilton towers is somewhat less flashy than its sister hotel, the makkah hilton and the different entry points was a bit confusing for first time pilgrims like us. towers reception area is located in the basement carpark whereas the latter is on the ground floor. we booked a tower family room for four nights in august this year through agoda. check in was quite smooth but the strange thing was we had to go through the shops on the ground floor of the building to get to another entrance on the side to get to our room. our room was on top of a flight of stairs – again, unexpected. but the room was a good size and it was clean and comfortable. air-conditioning was great, very cold in fact. there was a queen sized bed and one twin sized bed plus a large sofa bed – more than adequate for our family of 3 adults and 2 children. i have to agree with the other reviewers – breakfast there was great. good prompt service, nice assortment of breads and pastries and other breakfast staples like sausages etc. housekeeping team kept the room nice and clean daily with fresh towels and toiletries. the best part for us was the proximity to the holy mosque – its entrance is just outside the hotel so in terms of location, we were blessed. great value for money. if we are ever blessed with the ability to perform our umrah again, we would not hesitate to stay at the makkah hilton tower again.

I stay for 1 night here, i catch a very good price for the room, compare it's 4 star hotel, it was a brilliant price, this hotel not close to "Haram" you need at least 10 minutes by taxi or car to reach "Haram" but the hotel offer free transportation (BUS) going frequently to "Haram" every hour and 24 hour, which is great, bus will drop you in a point need to walk another 10 minutes to reach "Haram" but it's better than you use your car, because there no way to park your car there, all in all this hotel is brilliant but i don't recommend to people who travel with old people can't walk for some.

1. Location and shuttle Service - The hotel is not in walking distance to Haram, but its situated in a very quite and nice place with few restaurants and shops around, they provide shuttle service to haram every 30 mins, you can get the time table for it from the front office, absolutely great shuttle service, perfectly on time and accurate, will take just 5 mins to haram from shuttle, but you need to walk about 400 Meters to King AbdulAziz Gate, when you dont use shuttle, please take taxi from ibrahim Khalil road, then you will pay only 5 riyal to 10 riyal, please when dont pay more than this when you take taxi from ibrahim Khalil road, if you take taxi from ajyad street they will ask you more than 10 riyal 2. Check in and front office - Good friendly staff, they all speak excellent English, reception area is very very big and very spacious with so many sitting area that's a great thing! 3. Room and bathroom - Decent Room with decent amenities, absolutely worth for the money i paid ( 140 riyal per night), difficult to control AC temperature, bathroom was decent with 24/7 Hot water 4. Wifi - Fantastic wifi, if was really fast 5. service - if you find housing keeping guy, then you can get your room cleaned, but their telephone never worked, i tried calling reception, housq keeping, never ever they picked the phone, you have to go all the way down to the reception for everything, please hotel needs to correct this, but for the money I paid, it wasn't a nig issue at all, im really impressed and satified, will visit again for sure!

We booked a king room and got upgraded to a room with haram view on the sixth floor. The most beautiful feature of that room was that it was situated at the corner which gave us a view from two full lenght windows. We could see the streets down below. It's a great site for young children, who spend their times by the windows. The bathrooms are also very clean and have a large sliding door. There was a day bed near the entry way which added to the extra features in the rooms. The room had ironing board and iron box, huge TV, eco air condition that used to switch on and off accordingly. There were many lighting switches which had labels on them that made it easier to use. The lightning had censors. The only issue was the staff were very slow to respond to our needs sometimes requiring more than two calls to remind them. The hotel is situated at Souk al Khalil, which has Hilton Suites nearby. Hyatt Regency has a seperate private road that leads to its main entrance situated at the back, away from the public view. The reception was wide and open and had a welcoming ambiance. Breakfast served was on point. They have a lot of Indian and Asian dishes, with varying items everyday. They have a pancake and waffle station, omelet station and so on. The staff were welcoming and courteous. It was a stay worth the price.

Very good location to Haram, but we only have the hotel restaurant no options, we need to get food from outside if we want to change. Staff are kind I have dealt with 10 maybe all excellent customer service except one staff who was rude .. otherwise all perfect and I had a very good experience and I will come back to this hotel again for sure. clean rooms and nice decoration but little small. I have tried many hotels and I can say it's the best hotel in Makkah.

Very good bus service, Very neat & clean hotel, Check In/Out is very fast. Pricing is reasonable. One of the best hotel on Ajyad street.

PROS: - The price was great with these facilities - Though on Agoda it says that internet is only available in lobby but in fact internet is available in room too. - Bus/Shuttle service available from hotel to Haram. Very small wait time (less than 5 minutes) as they have multiple busses/shuttle available. CONS: - Hotel is not at walking distance from Haram. Also bus/shuttle stop is at least 10 minutes walking distance from Haram (at back of clock tower). This is common bus/shuttle stop for every hotels' busses. So this is not specific to this hotel only. It might be an issue with every hotel that needs bus/shuttle ride. In some cases, wait time for bus/shuttle may exceed 5 minutes.

This hotel is generally good. Classed as a 5 star hotel, would say that it probably just meets those standards, in reality 4.5 stars Positives: Location is good easy walk to and from the Haram. The breakfast spread is excellent, and starts at 6AM just after Fajr (During December). There are shops and restaurants outside the hotel front door, easy to get food or amenities. Also a pharmacy right outside and to the right. The room service was OK. Can't fault them just because there is never going to be great service in Makkah due to the number of people and how busy it is. But I didn't really have any major problems. The bedding was fine and so was the bathroom, both were clean and comfortable. Don’t know about how their cleaning of the rooms is. We had the DND on for most of the time. However, whenever we requested cleaning they did so. Looked like they were out cleaning every morning. On the last night baby had a ear infection and vomited on the bed. Around 2 AM. Informed the staff and went to the Hospital, room was clean by the time we got back at 5AM. Negatives: The carpets are old and worn, need to be changed. Don’t know if it was just our floor or all of them (3rd) There is just one major problem: They don't provide an iron or a kettle in the room, and they have a sign in the room that states that the electrical system of the hotel wasn't built for the use of those appliances. But we needed hot water for the babies milk after the first night and they charged us 7SAR for hot water! They also have exorbitant rates for laundry. The room service is really expensive 20SAR for a cup of coffee! All the prices for the amenities are 5 star alright, but reality is that you don't really need to use them as there's enough cheap food etc. around the hotel. I feel I paid around 100SAR too much for what it offers.
