The fact that its soo close to haram, you will ignore all the other negative things, such as cleanliness, staff, and elevator issues! I would 100% recommend to those who will come to visit haram shareef and not on vacation because if you think you coming on vacation and wanna enjoy your top-notch vacation time, it isn’t for you! I literally spent only couple hours a day in hotel, other than that I spent most of my time in haram shareef! Its a great location and highly recommended!

I stay in this Hotal with my children’s. Very bad experience. Dirty washrooms dirty bed sheets and curtains. No Towell available in room. I call several time for towels to room service but no response. Price is too high but no fecilities. Never recommend any one to this Hotal

over priced hotel with 0 facilities. Only good thing is the location. Roughly 3,4 minutes walk to masjid. I don’t know how it says it’s 3 star hotel. Booking websites should be honest and say it’s 1 star.

Excellent location. The hotel is very close to the Masjid. But it’s very old. Not clean. Hardly any facilities ( no cups… v few towels) they have excellent internet. Staff are friendly.

Not a best hotel ”
There was no customer service, they don’t even provide iron, no cups or teas in room unless you ask. It was very noisy day and night. Staff talks so loud in lobbies, door slamming is normal even at mid night. Charging a 3 star price but it’s not even 1 star facilities. Breakfast timing is 6-8 only if you paying separately. The only thing good about this hotel is the location. I booked it so I could walk to holy mosque but the money was way over priced. I don’t know who gave them 3 stars.

The worst check-in”
The hotel staff was not attentive at all. We reached hotel at 9 pm and were given the room at 10.15 pm saying that we were upgraded to a suite. It was not a suite just 2 rooms separated by a door. The room was smelling with cigarettes I was travelling with 2 kids 1st 3yrs and 2nd 1 Yr old. The room pictures on the site is different from the actual property. No ventilation No ac. The manager was really rude with my wife and was using foul language.

They are only cheaters there. If they find a better offer, they don't care about your booking and will give your room to someone else. Avoid booking in this hotel otherwise you will be stranded in the middle of nowhere.

Only location was good. Room entrance light not working. Kettle without charging spot. Had to put on carper. Requested for another room but in vain. Bathroom not clean & broken. Was given 13th flr & lift stops many times in between & crowded. They need upgrades & renovations. WiFi on top not at all working.
