bus service that help commute guest to haram was not continuously available and the drop point was very far. i would not consider this hotel for my next trip as there will be better options for al aseel group of hotel.

Value for money but not for older people ”
Very long distance to Haram , bus not go direct to Haram you need to transfer to another bus from hotel and bus not available any time , I catch the bus only one time hardly during my stay . food are ok , limted choose only rice , pasta , fired chicken and meat ball with potato ( Ramdan Iftar ) . room clean , tea and coffee available at room kettle and kitchenette appliance . الفندق جيد ماعدا البعد عن الحرم ، الباص غير متوفر دائما كما ان الباص لا يذهب مباشرة الى الحرم لعدم وجود تصريح للباص لذا يتم الذهاب الى فندق اخر و من ثم الانتقال الى باص اخر للذهاب الى الحرم و ياخذ وقت طويل فى الذهاب و العوده انصح باخذ تاكسى الى محبس الجن بقيمة 10 ريال و من ثم اخذ باص بقيمة 4 ريالات الى الحرم ، الاكل : عبارة عن وجبة افطار بوفيه مقتوح ( رز ، مكرونة ، دجاج مقلى ، كرات لحم مع بطاطا ) يعتبر جيد الغرفة نظيفة و متوفر بها ادوات المطبخ و شاى و قهوة الفندق جيد و يصلح لكبار السن عند استخدام تاكسى للذهاب و العوده فقط

Room was quite comfortable,didnt expect as much comfort I got to be honest for the relatively little price I paid.Room was very clean and stocked with various items like water,coffee,toothbrushes,paste,soaps etc.Room also had a mini kitchen with electric cooker,plates which would be good for family.The bus shuttle is terrible,

Generally, it was a good hotel. There is kitchenette with electric stove in the room giving you a homely feeling. Also, there is a washing machine in each floor. The real problem is that it is far from Alharam and their bus drops you at Alghazah stop which is far and is especially difficult for olders to return to the bus after prayers because the bus stop is at an ascend. I recommend the hotel would consider dropping their customers at a point near alharam. Their staff is polite and helpful, however, their service is slow as I asked for a worker to carry the luggage to the taxi when leaving but no worker came. The best about this hotel is being a family hotel which gives families a comfortable feeling. Best wishes

They have small kitchenette which is excellent. I recommend this for family travelers who especially want to cook. It takes about 5 minutes to reach haram with the bus
