Annoyed at the fact that upon arrival I was relocated from Al Aseel Umm ul Qura to another branch opposite the street: Al Aseel Rofada, even AFTER they guaranteed I will get the first one. But anyway, they're all pretty much identical buildings on the same street. The actual room deserves 4/5 stars to be honest because of how cheap and really good quality. Really like the facilities, free shuttle to haram "every 10 minutes" & back. Laundry Shop nearby. Really clean & tidy. Towels, shampoo, toothbrush & toothpaste water bottle, tea,coffe,sugar, utensils always provided. Just bring a frying pan for the electric stove if you're gonna use it. Fridge but no microwave

Slight problem at check in as the staff did not speak English, however another staff member arrived shortly after and sorted out the room for us. The room was clean and the facilities were good. The hotel is a fair distance from the Haram so had to get taxis for travelling there and back. Would recommend as it was very good value.

Aseel Group of Hotels on Ajyad Rd”
I booked this hotel but since their chain has 4-5 hotels in the same street, they shifted me to Aseel Refada. which itself is a pretty cool hotel considering you are paying just 50 SAR per night with free shuttle and a well stocked kitchenette. The receptionists are always welcoming especially Mr Yousef.

I was transferred to another hotel of Aseel as they were fully occupied, dunno why they are available on agoda.com and fully booked in reality. Also the customer service is really bad at Aseel Rofada. Value to money was great. And the shuttle service was really good.

There is no signal for mobiles and also the wirless network in the ground floor only. The location is very far from Haram and you have to use the bus always.

I am Muhammad Azeem, I booked reservation through online even paid 2 months ago for 2 days from 27 Ramadan on May 31, 2019 to June 2, 2019 morning but unfortunately when we reached on that date the staff on reception said in rowdy that we have no room available and after our series of talk he referred to another branch which was 12 km from makkah from that 1.1 km we booked earlier. It is unexplainable that much hardship we had to faced in the situation of Ahraam and dragging the luggage from place to place. I request the higher management to take necessary measures against this act to avoid any future mishaps. Thanks and would appreciate your positive response.
