It has all what you need, shuttle to Al-Masjed Al-Haram, free parking un basement, easy to reach the location and many markets around it. One thing i didn't like that breakfast buffet is not good and limited items, also the restaurants around it have bad food.

The hotel were booked for a night just to try once during Ramadan on May 26, 2018! The buses from Hotel to Haram (Ghazza Parking) is an option but takes about 10 - 15 min. and return is 5 - 10 min. There was no Tea or Coffee and Water bottles in the room, upon asked several time they just provide few tea bags with sugar only. The kettle was leak and high risk of electric shock! There was small size cockroaches died in the room floor & few flies and be found in the room as well! The price i have PAID was reasonable as compare to other hotel in Ramadan! But overall i do not want to post my bad comment or disappoint other not to check-in, This happened with me in room # 454, Might be other room are well maintained!

As soon as we arrived we were told that we have not made payment although we booked via agoda and paid, we were waiting around for 3 hours trying to deal with this at last we were told that they have received the paynent but due to checking in late we have to pay for one day, eventually we were given our rooms. Hotel is spacious, sehri is nice, location is about 4-5mins drive to haram via shuttle buses which pick you up from outside hotel till safa marwa then it is a 5 min walk to the haram building. Bus will drop you off outside haram courtyard. Travel is easy but can be busy straight after taraweeh in Ramadhan to catch bus back from haram. Overall besides the payment issue on first day good hotel, location, food and cleanliness

Everything was extremely good starting from facilities, staff response, care, breakfast, to location. Though it is in aziziya shumali, hotel has regular schedule for buses that is provided to guests. The buses drop in saptco bus station and haram is a little far but hotel has to do as there is no other way. We used to hire taxis at SR 15 just that drops under king fahd gate basement and this is the best option. Hotel breakfast was excellent with varieties of items that serves wide range of international community. The staff was so good in response that we used to get our requests addressed within 5 to 10 minutes. There is just one problem that we had two false fire alarm in hotel during stay , one was during night time at 2 am that disturbed our sleep in midnight. Hotel must solve this problem of false fire alarm as that causes panic and disturbances to guests. Thanks Holidays inn for a wonderful stay for us that made our makkah journey memorable.

We had 2 days initial booking as we were not familiar with hotel before. After checking in and staying for 2 days we extended our booking upto 8 days. Front Staff is very cooperative specially Mr. Khalid Al Uttaiby & Mr. Ryan. All other staff was also cooperative. Buffet Breakfast MUST be improved with Toaster for Bread, additional staff at Egg Station & Waiters / Servers should be increased to Clean the Tables immediately after Guest Leaves. Little more management is required specially for RESTAURANT & HOUSE KEEPING.

The management is quite polite and will respond to your queries. Only problem is the size of washroom shower which is a bit short especially to accommodate a fatty person. Otherwise, it is a good choice and market is also nearby. Bus service to Haram and back to hotel is also available.

Spacious room at a very reasonable price, . Peaceful surroundings, it's a 7 min ride to Al Haram. Some cab drivers are not familiar with the place, you need to tell them that the hotel is located in kubri al raudhah. Thank you to all the staff and especially Eman. Will definitely come back. Shuttle bus is useful if one is willing to wait half and hour or more and endure the downhill walk from the drop off point to the entrance of AlHaram.

Moatez Al Ghamdhi at reception had a thorough professional approach who knows his job and always greets the guests wearing a smile. He is a role model for others to follow. He goes an extra mile to facilitate the guests and is a young and dynamic person.

we actually booked makarem al baiyt but been moved to makarem umm al qura as they said tht makarem al baiyt is under maintenance. makarem umm al qura has shuttle bus.. all shuttle buses stop at stop centre n we need to walk about 400-500m to haram.

Value for money Neat rooms, very good shuttle service though it’s 3 km from masjid al haram but still the shuttle service is very frequent may be every 3 minutes. Everything is available within the 400 meters of the hotel like super market , restaurants, barber, etc. The bad thing is if somebody traveling by his own car their is no parking available, the hotel which is beside this hotel gives you parking but the charges are 10 SAR per hour. So Avoid going by your own car.

The hotel was quite away from Haram.. However the timely shuttle service provided by the hotel took about 10 mins to reach there.. The rooms were quite clean and the staff was excellent and helpful.. But no room services were provided by the hotel during my final 3 days stating that the hotel is going at 80% booked and we are quite busy.. The breakfast was really good but the in-room dining was expensive.. Hotel management needs to upgrade its restaurant for lunch and dinner also..

I liked the place which was near to Al Haram, restaurants, and quiet. Yes the rooms little small but it is fine. thanks.

Value for money and good breakfast,location and the egyptian manager is very good in handling customers. Reception staffs communication is poor and dont have customer service skills.

My stay in Jaad Al Mahbas was excellent except the hotel transportation.I have witnessed several incedents of humiliating the visitors of Allah's house and dealing with the old men and women who are hardly can climb up the stairs of the bus. The causer of all these incedents was a man called Ibrahim and his wife. He used to shout on people and check on their hotel cards in a very disrespectful way. Once, I asked him: "who are you and in what capacity you are checking on people, shouting and insulting them". He replied "I am the hotel manager and I have the right to check on people as I hired the bus and payed alot of money for that". I told him " No way you are the hotel manager and you have no right to insult Allah Guests. If you are the manager you should help and respect those old people and facilitate their worship seeking Allah's rewards". He started shouting on me and then people interfer to stop the argument. I have followed up and asked about this guy to find out that he was lier. He is not the manager of the hotel but a coordinator of a group of visitors who are staying in the hotel. In another incedent, I witnessed his wife prevent people from getting into the bus and left all people outside the bus for a while asking to show her the hotel ID's of people. I felt very bad to see a blind man standing in front of the bus step waiting while she was shouting on all people. It is very sad to see people who are coming from all parts of the world to enjoy the spirit of Islam insulted by a person who is not in charge of anything in the hotel. Especially when you know that most of visitors are old people. So, I wish that the hotel management follow up this matter and enhance the transportation aspect as it affects the hotel reputation.

positive: I got the room with excellent Value for money on agoda Excellent location, 10 Mints to the Haram very nice & clean room/toilet with all required bath staff buses available 24/7 from/to Haram Negative: Wifi in room is very weak- only one network for the whole hotel No STC/Mobily singal in the rooms. No hotel car parking

حجزت سويت من غرفتي نوم بمساحة ١٠٠متر وعند وصولي أخبرني موظف الاستقبال بأنه لاتوجد سويتات واعطوني غرفين لاتتجاوز الواحدة ٢٠م وليس بينهما باب I booked suite of two bedrooms(100m2), but they informed me when arrived "they don't have suites" and they provide me two rooms less than 20m each without connection!!

+ The Good: - Fast elevators - Clean rooms - Mini-Fridge - Nice Lobby - Value for Money - Shuttle to and from Al Haram The bad: - Shower area water gets into the bathroom as other on the site have described. - Cold shower water pressure was low -

It was a nice stay. Bus service for Haram was good that compensated for the location. Al-Baik is nearby for good quality food at cheap rates. Staff was friendly. I had a good experience & would recommend to friends.

Transport to and from haram is easy Taxi cost around 10 riyal depending on season And after most Salah they is a free bus available for the trip back

bad customers service on reception not welcome to customer i never see a smile on them face.hardly speak English we stayed 5days in there no room services only one cleaning staff working in hotel.

The hotel is located in Aziziya South. There is a bus which goes near Haram 30 minutes before prayer (never used). One can easily find a taxi to go to Haram. Moreover, SAPTCO bus could be taken while returning to the hotel. Nice facilities like Hair dryer, coffee, Electric kettle. We stayed three days and they did not clean the room. They should clean every day...

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The fees charged at the hotel was one of the cheapest in Mecca. The hotel is located at the major road in Aziziya making it easy to find. The local mosque is adjacent to the hotel's entrance while closeness to Al-baik resturant and Al-Noori superstore provides comfort for visitors. Direct taxi to Haram is easy to find while the hotel also provides free transport to Haram but this transport service is not too reliable.

Arabic staff was not cooperative. FAR from Haram.booking was done with paid but staff was not confirming and it take 2 hour to confirm booking.we wait with roza and was tired with journey from madinah. Limited shuttle bus with short time available during prayer times. Overall not a good experience

It was fine. I was expecting the hotel to be more luxurious and more welcoming. The reception was eager to help but they seems to be less experienced. They took a lot of time in finding my reservation which I did on the same morning. Once they came to knew I booked on the same morning (Friday), they said it might take time due to Friday which was hard to swallow being an eCommerce Developer myself.

- All was good - Hotel was good - All what u need in the room - Good stuff - Shuttle to Al Haram and back to hotel, it would be better if it would be 24h shuttle but it is just for and after the prayer for going back to Hotel

It was a good hotel who provide an apartment including a small kitchen, plenty of working lifts, wifi on the ground floor as well as a shuttle service to the Haram. A good hotel in Al Aziziyah 15 minutes from hotel to Haram.

الفندق قريب جدا من محطة الباصات التي تذهب مباشرة للحرم. محطة الباصات اسمها محطة الجمرات وتبعد حوالي خمس دقائق مشي من الفندق أيضا الفندق قريب جدا من سوق بن داود وهو سوبرماركت كبيرة. The hotel is very close to bus station that goes directly to Almasjed Alharam (5 min walking from the hotel to the bus station). Also, Big supermarket is close to the hotel.
