      Good stay for families also”

      The staffs are very friendly. Hotel is with shaded car parking. Rooms are very neat and good outside view from windows. Location also very nice. Car shall be with you. Good breakfast available in hotel room. That too free of charges.

      Stupid Service.Refuse to give room”

      i book hotel for family 15 days earlier..when i reached there..they said no room.hotel is at maintenance .when i start argue that i travel 4 hr drive and need rest for my kids and i already pay for it..but stupid re presenter totally refuse.when i demand for my payment back he refused as well and asked to contact AGODA........i back to home without staying ..thanks for agoda customer care who refund back m y money

      A pleasant stay ”

      The stay was pleasant . The staffs was friendly and the food was good . The lunch buffet cost 95SR is pretty costly though. The size of the rest room is small and apart from that it was a very nice hotel located at a very good location .

      The hotel is located at an excellent location. All the commercial areas are close to it. The view from the hotel is exquisite. the place at which the hotel is located is calm, serene. The breakfast is quite ok and the menu is the same daily.

      Needs improvement ”

      This hotel is old fashioned. The bathroom's toilette doesn't have a water hose. The room isn't very clean especially the floor. I don't trust that their breakfast is fresh. There are 2 great things about this hotel: 1. The view of lake from window. 2. The location is at the beginning of Assooda Mountain. I would recommend a furnished apartment up on Assooda Mountain to be located in the midst of tourism area.

      الشيء الوحيد المميز في الفندق هو موقعه ونوعاً ما السعر ولكن من ناحية النظافة والخدمة تتعب تلقى أحد يرد عليك، موظفي الاستقبال غير متعاونين أبدا، وقت وصولي لم أستطيع تسجيل الدخول الا متأخر بسبب ان الموظف غير موجود!! شكر خاص للعامل الأجنبي محمد اللي قام بإجراءات الدخول لي وحمل الشنطه خدمة الغرف لا يوجد بها تجاوب

      Old furniture and low class toilet fixtures. Despite of the claimed best location!! The enterance is very narrow and the area is crowded and very heavy traffic!!
