Agent hooks people”

1st i booked in Al Eairy Apartments Madinah 9. i found they do not have bathroom attached and they refuse to cooperate. then i booked in Al Eairy Apartments Madinah 12. this time i made sure it has a attached bathroom. i reached 20 minutes after paid booking and found room is not available. agent and staff were forcing me to either cancel my paid booking or re locate at any place what they offer. i threatened to call police only after that they provided me with alternate room in same hotel. So the agent responsible for this booking in Madina is a trouble some person.

Very very very Bad Experience, Booked Room not available, Location on MAP wrong”

I really had a bad experience with Eairy Apartment. When we find the location of Al Eairy on Google. its totally wrong and 2 to 2 and half hours to reached there. However, When I reached Al Eairy 12, The Staff said there is not empty room available, I told them I already booked online on Agoda, they said sorry we don't have any room.After too much discussion he said ok I will try another Eairy, he found 1 room in Eairy 11 empty, he said he talk to them so go there. again location issue and after 1 hour effort we reached there they said we cant give u room because it have already booking after half hour discussion and calling to Eairy 12 representative and at the end we got the room at 5.30 pm. My all family members with small kids very disturb with it.
