Our shortest stay at the property”
We had a chance to stay at the property for a short while, as we reached around 1am (Fri) and then checked out around 11:45am, the same day. Overall it was a nice experience. All the required facilities were there. Only one issue being faced by us was that our bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working. One improvement which can be carried out is a little bit flexibility in the check-out timings especially for those who r checking-in @ midnight, e.g. like us (as so many people arrive from other cities; who usually start their journeys after finishing their offices). We been told that the last checkout timing shall b 3pm, as it is fixed per our policy (though we had to move earlier than that).

Please improve cleanliness in wash rooms and there is no hot water. There is heaters and looks working but no hot water coming. The root cause is no proper water heaters. Please try to replace the water heaters with good heating as soon. To me first they alloted in 3rd floor due to no hot water and no hot water heater working again changing from 3rd floor to 5th floor and there also no hot water. We face problem for the above issue.

The apartment was smelly and not clean. Even the bathroom shower was not working. The outer area was very noisy and discomfort smell was there. The apartment is far from Masjid Al Nabawi. Not recommended if travelling with family.
