I not get the same type of room what I booked”
I booked "Standard Double Room" in Al Eairy Apartments Madinah 2 but in the hotel they provided very small room. Reception staff cannot speak any language other than Arabic. I paid bill by credit card during the time of booking but he asked me again for payment. When I informed to check in their system that hotel bill is already paid but he said our system is not working and we don't know how to use computer and check. After spending more than 30 minutes, he called to other Al Eairy Apartment and they checked and informed that it is paid. Then type of room, which I selected during the time of booking and had confirmation "DOUBLE STANDARD ROOM", but he said price of this type room is higher and we cannot provide. Finally I had no option to accept the small room and stayed there as it was midnight and don't want to go other hotel. The staff in the reception is very rude in behavior. I request to take serious action for my complain.
