My Stay @ Eimon Ohud Hote”
This is a true survey n review. I stayed for a two days with hotel. Pros: 1. Staff 2. Clean 3. Facilities like Air Conditioning 4. Car Parking 5. Location (Near Harem) Cons: 1. No WiFi in rooms 2. Room size is small 3. Bed size is small Rest other observations are general and need no mentioning herein. Overall a 3/5 star scaled. Regards.

Phenomenal reception staff”
I was a solo traveller, the front desk staff Ghanim and Ahmed made sure I was well taken care. Amazing individuals. I must say a huge heartfelt thank you to them for making my stay a very pleasant one.

Not good value for money i paid”
The only good thing was that it was straight walk to gate 6 of haram. No wifi, only in lobby ground floor. Old, worn out furniture. Bedding overly used and whites were not so white. Airconditioning controller had no control over temprature. Broken soap tray in shower, shower curtain not the cleanest. I wojld pay little extra and go for better option next time.

Expensive and no facilities ”
Room was small, basic, leak in bathroom, and there are a list of things you aren’t allowed in the room including kettle and iron which seems really odd. No on-site restaurant or bath as advertised. Cleaning staff are friendly and helpful and they did allow us early check-in. But I wouldn’t stay there again for that price.

Dear We didn't stay , we made special request for the check in time at the time booking by agoda, but hotel staff not care . And their respond was not good and not professional . We reached hotel at mid night , they informed only 4pm can check in . So, we go to another hotel and we paid .

Very poor service, 1 hour check-in delay, broken main door handle,no carpet in front of washroom”
Waited 1 hour for check-in. Main door handle was broken. There was no carpet in front of washroom. No wifi in rooms. Booked for non smoking area but room provided in smoking area. No restaurant, no coffee shop. Nobody answer for your room service call. No shuttle service to Haram eventhough it was mentioned as "yes" in agoda. Only 2 bath towels provided for 4 guests in the booking. No room cleaning service.

The nice thing in the hotel are very near to the mosque, and they let me wait to allow me enter the room , they say Agooda hard for booking confirmed ,even I show them the email confirmation from Agooda but they are hard to communicate with them , l will never book the same hotel .

The place is not clean at all, the smell is disgusting all over the room, And its very small. no facilities what so ever, not even a water heater. I checked out few hours after i checked in, i didnt get any compensation for the rest of the days that i booked already.

Shocking, Don't Book”
Dirty linen, disgusting smell of smoke. Checked out after a few hours even though booked and paid for seven nights. Couldn't bear the environment for any longer. I have taken pictures and will be reporting to the relevant authorities. This sub standard would be closed down in the West.

Closed Property ”
The hotel is already closed and the disaster is that Agoda offering a closed hotel on their site.I knew after my arrival I found it is closed and after contacting with customer service they solved the problem by moving to another hotel (It was better but far from Al Eiman Ohud) it takes around 45 minutes staying with my family and my bags at the street.

Not the same hotel”
I pay in advance for the hotel “Al Eiman Ohud Hotel” but on arrival hotel management said your booking is for another hotel and the hotel name is (Amjad AlSalam). I show them the hotel voucher but they treat me like hell, they said don’t talk with us just go and call agoda and check with them, because they play with you and give you the wrong hotel name. I call agoda 2 times but no body help me, my family was on road for more than 4 hours. I never forget that night, when my family was on road and I was requesting to hotel management for my room for more than 4 hours, in the end I give up, because agoda replies that hotel management is not responding at that time. Any how I spend my time in another hotel and pay again for another hotel, because that hotel was very dirty, there was cockroach, there was too much noise, there was smell in the blankets, there was no parking, and there was no internet, simply ridiculous. Next day on Friday morning one Arabic guy call me on the behalf of agoda, I tell him the entire situation and also told him about the room condition, which I mention earlier. I request him for at least change the room; He said ok he will check and contact with me. But no body contact after that call. Next day I found another hotel with the help of my friend and rest of my tour I stayed in that hotel.

no room was available on my booked date at check in time. the hotel staff said to provide me a 4 star hotel at some other location. all process took around 3 hrs and at the end room was not as per standard of 4 star. if i have not done advanced payment I may not have stayed.

hotel parking is few and hard to get empty one. Haram is 5-6 mins by walk. small rooms but clean.”
After placing beds in the room, not much free space is remaining. Rooms and washroom are clean with good furniture. Parking is the biggest issue because there are only 14-15 parking slots in the basement and always full. Staff is co-operative but you have to follow if something you need.

Amazing Stay”
The hotel was very nice, the room was so clean with very simple stylish furniture and a fantastic view over Masjed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I liked it very much " nothig could be better than this" .
