Charging Exorbitant amount even for water bottle which should be complimentary”

They are keeping Cold Drinks and Water bottles without informing that it is chargeable. No Hotel in Saudi Arabia charges for Water and it is complimentary. 500 ml Water bottle which is available for 1 Saudi Riyal outside is charged 5 Saudi Riyal. Even at Airports its cheaper. 150 ml Cold drinks which are between 1.5 to 2 Saudi Riyal are charged 5 Saudi Riyal. I paid 37 Saudi Riyal for 4 water bottles which is 4 Saudi Riyal outside.

Worst hotel”

I have been staying in several hotels globally and this is the worst hotel of all. It seems the hotel was built in 1980’s and the owners forgot to renovate it since then. The fixtures, paint, elevators even cameras were so old that has not been upgraded since then. Secondly the hotel staff is very poorly trained and highly unprofessionals. They have no manners and respects for their guests. The hotel even tried to rip me off by charging extra while checkout. But thank God I managed to detect it and I paid what’s in the agreement.

١_ يتجاج لترميم . ٢_يحتاج طاقم نظافه ممارسين . ٤ _ الفرش ولشبابيك والبيبان تحتاج تغير والاثاث باكمله . انصدمة يوم دخلت الفند حاطينه في التقييم ٤ نجوم وهو حقه نجمتين وكثيرهو.

المكان للفندق كويس ولكن الفندق قديم جدا ولم يتم تجديده كماهو مكتوب عند الحجز الحمام الدش خربان ومقطع... الثلاجه لاتعمل جيدا لايوجد اي فيش ثلاثي الا فيشه واحده ولا يوجد مشترك للشحن عند الطلب من الاداره ولا يوجد غلايه ماء عند الطلب من الاداره وكذلك البوفيه غير متوفر دائما وعند طلب ماء حار طلبوا فلوس ولم اعترض ولم يوفروا الماء أيضا وكذلك الواضح أن الغرفه لم يتم نظافتها جيدا حيث البلكونه كثيره التراب والحمام المناديل الموجوده مستعملة مما اضطرني لتنظفيها كامله وإحضار المنظفات على حسابي وكذلك اللحاف الموجود في الغرفه لفرد واحد رغم الحجز لفردين والإضاءة غير جيدة
