Nice Hotel”

Hotel is having nice decoration in the rooms, the suite is spacious and has three TVs in the rooms and the lounge area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. However, Hotel is a bit far from Haram, i.e. 12-15 minutes walking. Bathroom is not at same level as the rooms. Breakfast Buffet does not have many varieties.

The hotel is under staffed, the room service did not take place until 5 pm. The buffet breakfast was good but under staffed

Will never come back ”

We booked a triplet room. The room was different than the triplet you see in the pictures. It was a twin room with a squeezed in extra bed. I say the extra bed was squeezed in because the room was letterly vey tight. The carpet was dirty. I asked for the room to be cleaned twice with no response. They would say we will notify room service and nobody would come up to clean the room. The WiFi never worked during our 3 days stay regardless of how many times I spoke with reception or management or anybody. It was always the same response that they are working on the problem or that the problem is from the telecom company. There is no gym if you are planning to not skip on your daily activity. The breakfast buffet is pretty regular with nothing special, though the staff at the restaurant are the sweetest people. You also barely hear the athan from the masjid, I don’t know why. The distance from the hotel to the masjid is about 10 minutes, so I would not recommend this hotel if you have any elderlies that can’t walk the distance, if I ever recommend the hotel at all which I don’t. Overall, I think it’s way overpriced for what you get and for it’s location as well.

Acceptable Hotel”

We stayed in a suite, which was comfortable & spacious, consists of two rooms two bathrooms & a small living room. Rooms are relatively small but acceptable. Housekeeping is terrible Distance to prophet mosque is about 0.5-0.7 km The access from the hotel us closer to ladies entrance of the Haram. Plenty if parking around the hotel. Overall an acceptable hotel for the price we paid

Hotel Al Khozama Madinah”

There were several people at the front desk and all were waiting. The staff was quite inexperienced and kept repeating that their reservation manager was on his way and he would fix the things. I helped the staff find my booking on their system and felt lucky enough that we got the room without an hour wait. We had travelled 800 km and wanted the accomodation asap. I also found the cleanliness below standard. The carpet was quite dirty. I had booked two rooms and one didn't have the coffee maker. The lighting was also enough as we kept looking for more light. Overall I think this hotel needs quite a lot of improvement.

stay was fine in general, when checked in there was no enough towels and bed was mark as some one was watching tv in this room earlier, mostly be a staff member..

The stay was good, there wa a problem inthe bathroom sink and they fixed it rigut away. The main problem was there was no parking space avilable.
