we had a good stay at the hotel. Breakfast was served to us at the door, maybe due to Covid precautions. We were able to call room service to ask for breakfast to be served, otherwise the staff rang us beforehand to let us know they were coming to serve breakfast which was much appreciated. We were provided with a free hotel parking permit, but parking was not guaranteed and depended on whether spaces were available in the basement. Room service was prompt, we were provided with an iron and ironing board as soon as we requested one.

Abdur Rehman Life saver”

This is to appreciate the kindness that was shown to us by the person on the reception named Abdur rehman, when i reached there at 5 am in the morning with tired kids, he pointed out that i made a mistake in the reservation and only can check in after 4pm, but then he said i really want to help you and it happens and then he arranged to hold our luggage and gave us a place to change clothes and promised that he will arrange a room aroun 10 am so that our kids can sleep, and he did fulfill his promise we were able to check in early and also he gave us a late flexible checkout, i would recommend this hotel to everyone and specially the angel that saved our trip. Thank you so much from out whole family

GOOD HOTEL FOR FAMILY ”

waking distance to Munawara, especially for ladies it is near to 24,25 ladies gate. Bakala, restaurants all available in finger tips . Hotel is very neat and clean we are 4 adults and 1 kid. 4 twin enough for All. very spacious room.

Nice hotel. Less than 5min walk to Bab-e-Fahd. Lovely place and courteous staff. They even do laundry and iron clothes for small price. Their food menu is not impressive and I didn't try their food. However there are lot of eateries just outside the hotel

Management needs improvement.”

Outstanding courteous staff @ front desk. Specially couple of young ladies with their politeness and courteous mannerism makes the tough situations easy to digest. One big thing that was missing during my 4 days stay I did not even come across a manager who would be kind enough to say hello to the guests. Only thing I heard every time I was by the front desk is a loud conversation coming out of the office. Management is badly needs to be replaced.
