Aloft is an excellent hotel style of mine as well as its location is near to many different desired places. I recommend it for Business travelers.

Save your money and stay at Fraser Suits. I lost 1 hour negotiations about wrong room they set me up with it but finally I got a suite bigger than my reservation, breakfast for too and check out at 3. They actually care about their reputation and capable to let you feel comfortable. The executive 1 BD suite was amazing. It’s overlook Faisaliah tower and I believe it was 82 sq m with two bath. It was really HUGE but try to get it at 4th or 5th floor and you will not be disappointed. They have an outstanding outdoor pool on 6 floor along with jacuzzi enough for 8-10 people. Also they got sauna and steam room enough for 4 people each at their spa but massage still not yet opened. Their restaurant overlooked at the pool. Also private underground parking.

All thought the rooms seems a bit small, but the hotel in general very nice, clean, with modern decoration and new furniture. The best thing is their rates for the standard room is really reasonable. The surroundings of the hotel location is not so attractive, but the good thing it's not far from the city centure and the prime landmarks.The hotel is still on its trial operation at the dates of my stay, so the room service was not provided to the rooms yet, but they can serve upon phone call for 24. They're still have limited(but reasonable) meals range.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were really cooperative. The room service were available all the times. The location is perfect. Definitely I'll stay here next time.

Nice ambiance and comfortable! But I only hate the traffic along Al Batha. the hotel is so nice but the road going there has too much traffic.

The hotel is centrally located in Al Bathaa, Old city center of Riyadh. Although, the hotel was very new, 3 years old, it was horribly maintained. The room was very large but the carper & sofas were dirty & stained. I have asked for a non-smoking room & I was assured of that but once in the room you can smell the smoke odor everywhere with couple of ashtrays provided in the room!! The toilet needed some repairs, things were falling apart, and the tissue roll holder was missing. The knob of the faucet kept falling off & the shower tiles had major broken pieces. The A/C’s were acting funny & difficult to control. The sitting room was very cold, the bedroom was very hot! The bedroom TV was very old with bad reception & very limited number of channels (7). When you first turn it on you get a different hotel name typed on the screen (CORAL DIERA)! An LCD TV was provided in the living room with more channels (thank God). The minibar was super empty, not even cold drinks or juices.

Excellent New hotel with great décor. Breakfast is really good with wide choice. front desk lady very indifferent but the General Manager more than made up by apologizing and trying to sort out issue

Small but clesn, nice decor and good value for money. About 20 TV stations available but no BBC, France 24 (Eng) or CNN. Pity as these are free sat channels. Otherwise, I would have given it a very high rating. Water in the shower stopped for half hour but was a local spply issue and not hotel's fault. Reception staff had minimal English and weren't particularly friendly but not rude either. they seemed to have their own worries! Overall, much cleaner than most for the price. Small rooms but good fridge, hobs, kettle, etc. No towels supplied but that's normal in KSA furnished apts, unless you pay 250 SAR plus.

My stay was extremely pleasant. I liked the breeze through my bedroom window. Also, it was very quiet. I'm going back in the future.

the hotel was clean and well staffed. the rooms were also well appointed although there was a lack of literature detailing the area. the food at breakfast was reasonably well displayed and there was a good choice, the room service menu cattered for most tastes, and the service was effecient. the staff were always polite.

the hotel is clean anid nice. however i am facing some problem with Agoda where no notification sent to Marriot apartement so no record on the hotel. i have to pay in advance to secure a room and eventually being resolve. luckily i stay 2 night . if only 1 night and problem resolve on the second day. one thing dissapointed me is even i ssend the voucher with clearly stated confirmatip that the hotel is book through Agoda . but agoda customer service department still requesting for credit card statement which usually not with the customer when they are travelling abroad. seriously wish that agoda review the processes to help the customer to cut short the issue occured. i have been using agoda for few years but this is the first time i come across such a issue. apart form the compliant the Marriot hotel serve us well.

well, it was far beyond my expectation - i booked 1 room, and they gave me 1 apartment! (1 bed room, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, and 1 rest room) the hotel has a lot of fish basins at ground floor, might be interesting for your kids. even it located a little bit far from the center, can be recommended for large number family or someone prefer not busy location.

Very clean and best customer service. I recommend this hotel for everyone. Good location, you can get many restaurant surrounding area. Lulu Hypermarket and Panda is nearby

I extended 1day but increased the price 60 riyals ,the agoda price wad excelant ,thanks to agoda

Radisson Riyadh is a true 5-star hotel. The room finish, restaurants, services available and the Service are 5-Star. I have stayed at three different 5 star hotels in Riyadh, and the Radisson has the most to offer, especially the helpfulness and promptness of the services offered. I don't have any complaints. If you've stayed at the Sheraton and liked it but it was too expensive to stay there, please consider the Radisson Riyadh. Good value for money and seems to me that everything/everyone works at the Radisson, unlike some other hotels you sometimes find in the Kingdom.

I booked and paid for this hotel in advance and when I arrived they didn't even have a computer to look for my booking. I had to call to agoda but the reception guy cant speak english at all. after calling his manger 4 times they allowed me to entire my room ! which was very basic old room. in the last day a guy knocked my door and ask me if he can stay with me which was very weird.

The breakfast should be included with the room price. When I booked the room i was surprised that the receiption told me that the price only for the room and the breakfast is not included.

The hotel is very quiet, and clean. Not many people stayed here while I was there. The neighborhood is busy and loud, but it wasn't unbearable when I eventually fell asleep in the bed. The bed was very comfortable. I slept very well. Breakfast was available and it was fine. Nothing wrong with it. The gym is modern, and clean. Pool, steam room, all there. I will stay there again.

The hotel have all what you expect from 4 star hotel with attractive price and good location

As mentioned that the hotel is quite and provides clean rooms. the staff are very friendly. the check in and out process takes only few minutes and the price is very reasonable for 5 star hotel. for the traveller by car I think is one of the best hotel in the area because of its location near to the main highway that saves driving time and avoid traffic jam. But if you want new modern hotels near to the shopping malls and restaurants, then this hotel is not for you.

its good busienss hotel, recently they renovate lobby and rooms value for money will recommend to all business travelers only i thing i would like to draw attention to hotel mangment that inside room , light is not enough, if they increase more light then better. also barthroom should have hairdressing machine

My stay is relatively good and comfortable. Customer service is also good. If you are looking for cheap accommodation in the heart of Riyadh, Al Salam in Malaz District is one of most affordable hotels. It is also accessible to various shops, parks, government offices, and transportation.

bad experience, very cold room in winter aircon only cold not hot plus floor only ceramic no carpet, noisy area on street full of companies and university. glad only stay 1 night in fact less.

They're also known as Janadriah Apartment Suites (not sure if this was their old name or new but the signs still shows Hyatt Buyutat). Taxis are easily available around the clock. A number of local restaurants, supermarkets and cafes within walking distance. No buffet breakfast, they do serve ala-carte breakfast set that changes daily. High speed internet is complimentary tho sometimes the speed can go slower than dial-up.

I mainly needed a cheap place to stay because I was visiting an expo in the hotel next door (which was pricey!), and this one was a walking distance from it. The hotel is old, but the rooms are ok and large. Air-con and fridge works, but didnt see an iron or coffee set in the room. Saw 1 or 2 small bugs in the bathroom, but nothing major. There are no close places to eat or a grocery store. You'll have to walk 10-15 min to the closest place. I didnt try the hotel food (just didnt have the time). There seems to be some tennis courts, small football courts, and a swimming pool, but didn't try any. If you are in Riyadh on business and need a cheap place, this one is good.
