The hotel was very near to Haram. Elevators were quite near the front of the building. Easy access to exit and enter. Staff was nice and accommodating especially the housekeeping staff Mateen (not sure of spelling). Always kept us hydrated with enough bottled water. Other good points was breakfast spread which was great. Nice variety. Only setback was the basement area for drop off, that smelled like garbage. But it was the same drop off area for all the other hotels as well so I guess we cannot blame the hotel for this. Good experience. Will come back again. InsyaAllah.

The best So Close but Affordable ”
Very good 5star hotel just 280 metres from the Haram. Super convenient for all nearby amenities and just takes 3 minutes to reach the stairs of The Haram, next to gate 89. It's affordable but will be expensive if you chose suits with Haram view or Kaaba view. Staffs are helpful and all the housekeeping staffs are super and smart. No microwave oven but their own restaurant is excellent quality. You can avail many more restaurants just at the next building which is an 8 minutes walk merely. We would recommend this place.

Nice to stay here, though it was a night only but the overall experience is great. You are only a step away from the floor of Holly Mosque. Location is absolutely a win with great dining. Upon checkin. The staff was friendly and the manager wanted to make the most of our stay at Al Haram, he upgraded our room to a suite. I can tell this is a great hotel with local hospitality. And I had a nice partial view of Al Haram with live azan and daily prayers from the room. Breakfast is a blend of both local and intercontinental. Location is the best lift straight to Al Haram from clock tower.

I remember having a great stay here back in November 2019 umrah. We did our umrah by ourselves and book the hotel. The check in process was smooth and the service was great. I remember the manager was attentive and ask if anything requires during the stay. The room was spacious (I just thought the toilet is a bit odd shape thus the smaller shower area). It's nearby to Masjidil Haram and all shops and barber you can find located at the mall below the hotel tower. Definitely a great memory.

Very good hotel, nice and clean, they upgraded my room to a suite at no extra cost. The receptionist called Hussain was very pleasant and nice to deal with best hospitality in Makkah because of him. Rooms very nice and clean, the only issue is because of being located in the clock tower the sharing lifts getting upto the hotel is a bit problematic because its shared by all people and takes a very long time to get up to your hotel as it keeps stopping at many different floors before getting to P11 where all hotels are located. But other than this its an excellent hotel at an excellent price cant go wrong. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was excellent and calm. Reception staff was very nice and cooperative. breakfast was good but need to change menues daily otherwise almost same menu everyday is difficult to enjoy except that everything was very good. would certainly come back to this hotel
