Very close to Haram”
Me and my wife just came back. We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Its very close to Haram and Clock tower. This is what any one need so we don't miss our prayers. Allahumdillah we didn't miss any of our prayer. I see people running and trying to get Haram in last moments because their hotels are far. Please don't go for cheat hotel because they are far and it will defeat the whole purpose of being there. Umrah is no problem you can do after real thing and game start after that which is praying all the time you there. So we happy this hotel let us do that. They don't have breakfast now due to covid but plenty of food option available there. So don't worry about food at all. Good luck and Happy Umrah.

I stayed hotel al massa with my gamily, really i feel hotel is very good, neat and clean very near to masjid al harm, i pray all time salla in masjid al haram. Only take 30 sec to reach masjid al harm. Staff is very good and supporting us very well. They undeserving english very well and well behave.

Location is more than perfect Rooms were not clean at all during check in, stain and bad odors on pillows and linens but the staff were helpful specially receptionists No parking available Furniture are old and not clean The only advantage is the location really made the ummrah real easy

Twin room with city view”
Booked 2 different room, but when I went to reception to check out from the earlier room to my new room for check in they told me its the same room. I said NO its a bigger room they tried to convince me that I've got to stay in the same room. They only gave me my room after I demanded I need a new room. It was a terrible experience (customer service) but the room was much better than the previous room I got.

Excellent Location with Poor Maintenance and Service”
While the location is unarguably one of the best, the service and maintenance is extremely poor with unclean, stinking, derelict bathrooms to dusty stained rooms, and broken cupboards. In addition, despite the check-in is stated to start after 2pm on the website, we had to stay in a crowded lobby until close to 3.30pm [but the display in front of the reception says check-in at 4.00pm, so there is no argument on that].

It is very good location as very near to Haram (hardly q minute 2alk) but very badly managed hotel. Super dirty rooms, corridors and bathrooms.
