it was a nice hotel. we can find food near by hotel arabic and asian food. around the hotel there are many shops for gifts items like dates, chocolates, dry fruits, toys, gold jewelry etc.

The whole experience was awesome”
Everything was so perfect, it was quite near to gate number 6, just 3 minutes walk and you are inside the Mosque boundaries. Although you have to walk a lot to reach female area of the mosque. There are so many small eating joints nearby, and parking is also present in the hotel. If you like Indian subcontinent food than Istanbul restaurant is just 2 min walk. Reception staff was a bit busy but still helping in nature and good with English.

The location was very good and it is only a 3-4 minutes walking distance to Masjid-E-Nabwi . There is shops and restaurants around there. There was no WiFi in the room and in the reception. Also the lift system is very bad. It stops on every single floor. So sometimes we have to wait for half an hour. We also didn't know where the stairs were. Thanks

Pros: 1. Very near just 5 minutes walking distance to gate 6 of haram 2. Spacious rooms with tidy well spaced washrooms 3. Helpful staff Cons: 1. Sometimes little costly 2. No tea maker or any grocery in room 3. Wifi not present in rooms, only available in lounge (reception area ground floor)

Bathroom was broken and not clean so I requested to change the room for the 2nd night and they offered me another room which is better but I still would not repeat that booking again

Only the location is single selling point for this hotel. The smelling of curry sweat is all over the hotel especially rooms as I asked to change my room & still got the same bad odor in the new one.

No WiFi in rooms. No housekeeping for 2 days of my stay. I ask from staff they told me they not wash or change blanket for new guests. Reception staff is extremely unhelpful and rude. Just location is good.

Nothing is worth mentioning except for its proximity to Al Haram. I think Agoda should have some minimum standards to allow hotels to be listed on their website. The room was pathetic, congested. Refrigerator was not working. Even after repeated complaints at the reception no one came to repair or replace. To top it all there were bed bugs popping out from all over. Will never stay or recommend it to anyone

Though it is near to gate no. 6 but distant to gate 15 for female prayer section. ”
The hotel is totally unprofessional. Staffs are non cooperative. The room was not cleaned a single time during my four days stay.
