Amazing experience, Mukhtara International is just walkable distance to Mazjid-e-nabawi. Staff is very pleasing and friendly. Perhaps they should add more billingual staff or atleast one greater for non-Arabic customers

All in all it was good. However electric switches / sockets inside were very loose as we had problem to charge our mobiles . Some times lifts were not responding. Staff should be available at least once in a day to find out if any problem the guest is facing, in our scenario no body came to find out if we are having any problem or not. On the reception there should be good English speaking person must be present since the name of the hotel is Al-Mukhtara INTERNATIONAL.But despite of all these minor things all in all our stay in the hotel was good and I will recommend this hotel for others to stay.

This hotel although not 5 star was very nice to stay in. And it's about 5 minutes walk to bab fahad entrance. There's a Pakistani restaurant just round the corner and was ideal for us. Towels changed every day and room service as required. Enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it for pilgrims looking for a good deal.

Main issue is the elevator which is limited since this hotel is a hotspot for travel agencies. The elevator button up and down also confusing like hell. 6 elevators, only 1 elevator with button up and down. others up and up button which is i dont know whether the elevator can go down or not. Room ok, value for money, 500m from gate 25 is ok for me. But provide only heater for drinks. No drinking water provided. Bathroom/washroom is the worst. Floor use slippery mozaic which worries my mother. In the end we burn our 3 nights there and transfer to anwar al madinah movenpick.

NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT”
Firstly, when we visited Mukhtara International Hotel, the Saudi receptionist didn't entertained us properly, He just said "you don't have booking here, your booking is transferred to next hotel Dar Al Naeem", he didn't answered any more questioned, just moved away from front desk. we went to next hotel where our booking was automatically transferred, Dar Al Naeem was not a single star hotel. Reception Staff was on height of laziness. First he said we have to wait for 3 hours for room check-in, then after some strong argument he gave us one. Reception staff simply said parking is full, but when contacted with parking security guard, half of the parking was empty, we have to go round and round for parking card. Morning breakfast Buffet was just as simple as it could be, very small place, guests have to wait for around 20 minutes just to grab one chair. No room service. No coffee, sugar or tea bags in rooms, only electric kettle. seriously not recommended

Hotel location is best, only max 5 mins walk to Prophet( Saw) mosque. Good restaurants nearby. Price per night is bit expensive for a 3 star hotel. Rooms were clean but bathrooms were old. I would recommend if you can afford to pay 45GBP per night for a quad room.

A very good hotel with big rooms. We requested for 4 bed room instead of 3 bed (which we booked) and they without any hesitation accepted our request. The only issue was unclean carpets which is obviously not possible on regular basis. Decent staff and very near to Haram. Accessible from all big routes. Too near to masjid Al nabwi”
Officer at recipients not clear with me. firstly told me no rooms are ready.then told me the check in Time at 4 and when show him at 2 ..he approved to give me the room.. The room should have double bed as requested from application.but the give individual beds. No parking available and. By luck i parked my car in free space in front of the hotel. I got very good price from Agoda compared to the good location

I booked this hotel for 4 nights 20.12 - 24.12.2018 The price i have got very reasonable with breakfast! All was good as many time i have been in this hotel due to close for Woman's Gate # 25.

Very good location. Room service staff was helpful. I had booked this hotel 2 months in advance and the payment was deducted on my credit card a week before our stay. When i tried to checkin I was told they do not have my booking and i should go to there booking office which was 10 mins walk away in another hotel. After finding the booking office took us 30 mins to sort this out seems like they were trying to not entertain online bookings saying that agoda is still showing bookings when they have it turned of at there end. When we told them we had booked 2 months ago he fixed it. We went back to the hotel and it was Iftar time. In short it took us 3 hours to checkin in Ramadan when fasting and with my parents who are both 60+. And the staff was reacting as this is no big deal. Not enough bell boys and lifts to handle the ramadan rush. Long lines on the lifts after Salah.

Over all hotel is nice, but it is located next to main road and taxi junction which is quite noisy sometimes, with buses using speakers to collect their passenger for Makkah and Riyadh. May be we were unlucky to get the room on 6 th floor with road side view..!!

Nice hotel with basic facilities. Near to gate 25 for women and gate 22 for men. Staff will come for room service whenever we call. Wi-fi is free for all, but since no password required, everyone can have access then the signal became poor in the hotel room.

Good: Location (5 minutes to Masjid-el-Nabwi) Women pray area door 25-26. room service (must be asked each day), ease of booking, baggage collection Bad: Internet, Saudi staff don't understand english and very little Urdu so they would act frustrated all times, I extended the checkout time and paid 100 Riyal for same but they didn't entered it correctly in the system resulting several visits and phone calls by multiple staffs to check the status of our stay. room service guys are average and had to be asked and ensured that service was completed each day its important for people travelling with babies/young children.

Requested early check inn but it was not provided causing long waitin in waiting area. Bathroom was having a water leak from the toilet causing a huge accumulation of water in the floor that some times reaching the room entrance. Room service never passed by during our stay for 5 days neither supplying tissue or plastic bag for the garbage.
