The room was extremely neat and new and enormous. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. It has a shuttle service before and after namaz. The locality on the backside has laundry and grocery stores for any need. Except for a couple of times when water was delivered late when asked for, thr overall experience was super awesome and added to the fortunate journey of umrah!

This is the third time I stayed in this hotel. Very good and comfortable stay. Spacious, neat and new rooms. Everything was upto date. Haram just 10 riyals by taxi. The only problem this time, I didn’t have access to their parking as it was cloy food maintenance.

The hotel is nice and clean but it is little far from al haram.. you can easily get taxis to al haram but the problem is while getting back.

One of the biggest problems we faced was that they don’t have transportation to Haram, which was a big inconvenience, cleanliness was good, organisation not so good but i would say that was because of Ramadan, i don’t know other than Ramadan, location is not that bad, but what made it bad was the lack of transportation

Reception was not friendly. They were hesitating providing invoice to all customers”
If I pay while booking online it cost me less but when I paid on the reception desk they added vat 5% and municipality 2.5% charges and didn't provide me the invoice. Later I requested from different receptionist for the invoice. The hotel rent appears on the booking site should be the final charges inclusive of everything instead of giving surprises at the counter. The hotel was far away from Masjid Al haram as one can't walk with kids for about 2km 5 rives a day one side. 4 km per trip. We had additional expense for the cab for each time we go to Masjid. I requested for iron to press myself but they said we don't have any iron in the hotel. I booked 2 rooms with 2 adults and 2 kids. Room service never responded. We just ask from one of the service man and he said this is not our duty u have to call the reception. No one responded by calling different numbers. Later the same person provided with 1 blanket for kids. My kids wants coffee in cafeteria but we never found it opened.

No service at all. I keep telling them for 3 days that shower pipe is broken, but they never fixed it. For park the car you have to call the parking guy by calling their no. Sometimes it takes forever for the parking guy to come and open the port.

I arrived @ 6:00pm the room was not ready and I wait for 25 minutes to check in my room which should be ready at 12:00 check in time?!! Even the receptionist was really un professional & bad behavior!!!! I will not book this hotel again

The location is not faraway from Haram. No shuttle to Haram even in their review they mentioned they have !! Rooms are clean but no one clean our room during our stay at all. We asked for iron multiple times and every time they said it is not available and call us back to see if available or not, but never got it.
