the hotel was nice good fast stay. the hotel location is good but to go to holy masjed alharam you have to get a taxi to reach there. the facility of the hotel was nice and good but it's old need to be renovated. the stay good for family for short time.

for those who are going for Umrah or religious purpose, keep in mind its far away from the Masjid nabwii. must look for other hotel which is near..And Request for the hotel owners please keep staff who know English. very bad customer service

We were tight in budget, so we booked a hotel That was not very expensive. Not expecting it to be A complete dump. We booked at reasonable price We didn't expect 5* but not a rat dungeon either. It was very far from masid al nabawi. But it didn't say This on the internet. We had to get a taxi everytimre We went & came back. The staff were extremely rude And unhelpful. There was I room cleansiness for our entire stay. Avoid this dump of a hotel It was our regret and made our stay on beautiful madina miserable. Our whole family was sick And we all had temperatures the day we left. It should be closed down 👎👎👎👎

لا شيء في الفندق بعيد عن الحرم النبوي وغالي جدا مقارنة بالفنادق القريبه للحرم لكن المكان وملتق الطرق للمناطق السياحية في المدينة المنورة نصحتي يجب تكون معك سيارة من اجل التحرك اما غير ذلك فانه صعب للغاية لاشيء وعادل موظف الاستقبال لا في استطاعتهم اي شيء

للأسف استغرب وجودها في موقع حيث انها غير آمنه من ناحية أسلاك الكهرباء المكشوفة و تهريب الغاز في اكثر من شقة من أفران المطابخ و كذلك عدم النظافة و غير مريحة من حيث عدم وجود ستائر لحجب الإضاءة اثناء النهار لا تنخدع بالصور الموجودة في الموقع لان الواقع هو العكس

فندق سيء باب الشقة لا ينفتح بسهولة وطلبنا تدخل الفني لفتح الباب ومكثنا خارج الشقة لفترة طويلة ونحن مجهدين اثاث الشقة متهالك للغاية وكذلك الاسرة الشقة غير نظيفة روائح كريهه

فندق ردىء جدا جدا.. و اعتقد ان المبلغ الذى دفعته يجب ان يتم رده لى.. فلا حمامات نظيفه او فرش نظيف .. الفراش مملوء بالقاذورات الغرف الفندقيه مفتوحه على بعضها.. و اطالبكم بتعويضى ماديا .. لان الصور الموجوده على الويب مخالفة للواقع.. و شكرا د. أحمدالبدرى عبد اللطيف
