Good hotel, nice location and value for money ”
Very good and courteous staff especially the manager Mr Salim. Big and clean rooms. A mosque right behind the hotel. And for us Nigerians our country foods for sale is just a walking distance. Free bus to Haram and other places outside the hotel

Visited Makka for Umrah”
Very good hotel with excellent customer care, very neat and clean, do the room cleaning as per our request. Around 5 minute travel by hotel bus to the bus stop under the tunnel, which is passing through the underground of Masjid Al Haram area. From the hotel bus parking area, just use the escalator, you are near the Masjid al haram gate. If you are using taxi, it will take 10 SAR during normal traffic, in case of heavy traffic (in Friday), it may take 25 SAR for taxi. But by considering the price of hotel and the facilities, it is better than taking hotel nearby the haram with higher cost and low facilities/room size/cleaning etc... Only thing which is required is found for restaurant, which is difficult to find good restaurant there, otherwise you may need to arrange food from the food court from clock tower, near the haram. Or we may arrange with some other umra groups staying in hotels near the haram.

Walking distance to Haram. Not so far. About 10-15mins walking. Plenty of shops along the road but quite hard to find restaurant/ المطعم nearby. We always take away from malls nearby Haram and bring back to hotel. Easy to get taxi from the hotel. Room size was ok for us. Thanks.

Room was very good Staff were very good But... Bathroom has many comments... Doors & wood not O.K. Design of bathroom was uncomfortable There is no protection against insects especially in bathroom where I found a small one at my 1st night. Except that all things are good.

bit far from haram. no shuttle service in ramdan. taxi cost sar 10 going and sar 30-40 on way back from haram. not walking distance if you have children

Bad Experience”
I was told about available shuttle service. But it doesnt work for 24 hrs. It has its prescribed timings. Most of the time i have to take taxi. Very dirty room furniture and carpet. Esp I have to request for change of bed sheet.

Not a good place to stay with family ”
Find something better if you want peaceful hajj or umrah.if you are non-Arbic speaking then better not to stay as you will almost no help from on duty staff most of the time. Generally rude with customers. All staff members needed training for customer service from US, Canada or UK.
