Good staff and good location near to Haram Mecca but the cleanliness of room was not much clean and they have no WiFi on floors because of COVID-19. you have to use WiFi only in reception. Recommended Hotal if you are looking reasonable Hotal near to Haram.

Very Bad Reception Staff and No parking area ”
Behaviour of Reception Staff is VERY BAD. NO PARKING SPACE EVEN IN THE ROAD. NO PARKING AREA. But if you drop the family and you can park the car after 3 km @kudai or after 2km @aziziya then you can take a taxi or city bus to your hotel. No Balcony or terrace as mentioned in the advertisement, its not important but as advertised they should provide. A/C Capacity is not enough for the room I rented!. If car's engine fitted on a bus how it works!!!
