High cost performance”
Even this hotel is not located just in the center of Nha Trang, still good location. Less than 5 min. of Grab to the city center. Every staff i met were super kind and breakfast was relatively good. The room seemed well-managed, as it was as clean as 5-star hotels. Even with these advantages, the price is unbelievably low. If you are looking for a high cost performance hotel in Nha Trang, this is very it.

Rooftop swimming pool is amazing, we had a great room with a free upgrade and modern amenities, perfect walking location to the beach, shops, restaurants..etc. I look forward to staying with you again in the future. Our stay was awesome. Our room was large and spacious. Clean and fresh. Staff were always smiling . Greeted us with a smile everyday. Any request from us was done immediately. We did not eat at the hotel, cannot comment. Hotel is 100m from the beach. Supermarket 50m away. In walking distance to many restaurants and coffee places. Luxury 4 star hotel a minute walk from the beach and delicious eateries. We loved our room, from the comfy bed, well sized tv and unique bathroom! The large hotel was not very busy, often lights were not on or the concierge was away which we though odd. A rooftop pool was lovely, although very windy during oct/nov. Good WiFi and in a great location, we would definitely stay again!

My Go-To Hotel”
Alana Nha Trang Beach Hotel has become my go-to hotel. The downside is that the rate is a bit on the high side of my travel budget. The upside is that the staff is amazing especially, Loc, who has become a great friend of mine in Nha Trang. The breakfast buffet has a great variety and the staff is always attentive. And, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and convenient.

Alana Nha trang beach hotel is in a good location, close to the beach with umber alas and lounges on beach for three hours a day, in the middle of array of restaurants , catering to all taste buds, the hotel itself has all the facility's needed for a comfortable stay, very clean and very friendly staff, breakfast has a large choice , the only down fall is that a lot of the dishes are cold, but thank you we enjoyed our stay

After viewing many hotels in Nha Trang, we decided to book Alana and Alana really did not let us down. We had a ocean view room which is so beautiful. The hotel is just few steps away from the beach. The staff is awesome. Free facility to use (such as gym, swimming pool, sauna). The only thing they need to work on is breakfast. We would love to have more choices for our breakfast. Recommended for everyone who is still looking for a great place to stay in Nha Trang. Really worth my money.

Very happy with the service provided. Customer Service Alina emailed me before my check in date. Told her it is our anniversary and I was delighted that the room was prepared with rose petals on the bed and a small cake with the words Happy Anniversary. Wanted a room with the seaview and a balcony, got everything I requested and also 45min complimentary massage at the Spa. Hotel was walking distance to Nha Trang Beach. Will definitely stay here if I visit Nha Trang again.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Alana Nha Trang Beach Hotel, the room we stayed in was big, spacious, and clean. The ocean views were extremely beautiful. The hotel staff were very helpful, and tried their best to help us with our enquires. The breakfast spread had quite a selection, and the food was really tasty too. If we were to come back to Nha Trang for another trip, we will stay at Alana again. :)

Firstly, the room the lobby the gym the pool Jacuzzi sauna all look the same as the pic it shown. All staff speak good english with no problem on communication. Spa is perfect even tho it s small, u can see the sea from the spa room with very reasonable price. Btw, i got free 45min spa voucher that i stay for 8days. I got complementary welcome drinks, in room friut plate. Mostly i want to emphasize my appreciation is the breakfast. It is perfect for a morning. Not many many selection but more than enough for a good morning. Egg section, pho section, pastry table, juice selections, free flow of coffee tea....etc. and all taste yummy. I dun feel bored after 7 day breakfast n i think i m gonna miss it. Location is great, it is just in front of the beach. Lots of restaurant, massage shop around. I will definitely give a full score for alana. Good job and keep the good work

Modern room with breathtaking sea view”
The hotel is just 100m away from the beach and from the 15th floor you have the breathtaking sea view when you walk right into the room. The room is very clean, modernly designed, and equipped with kohler bath and toilet. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. As we were going to a not so well known national park after Nha Trang, they gave us valuable information and every means of help. Really appreciated that. The only unpleasant thing I suppose is the noise from a club somewhere. The loud beats would last until midnight. This could be a issue for those who have a hard time sleeping at night, but not for us :)

Nha Trang visit over New Year was good. Alana Hotel in a good position close to beach and main road. The bedrooms were good. Bathroom and shower good quality. Housekeeping very quick when needed. Breakfast well stocked and good choice. Staff very friendly and attentive. My 3 young grandchildren 4 and under.... were 'energetic' in restaurant and lobby.. but the staff were always smiling. Kids play area, gym, sauna and spa + rooftop pool used by my family also got good reports.
