I contacted Ale Nhatrang through their Facebook before I came to ask for airport transportation and the replied was quick and helpful even though I didn't use their pick-up service. The hotel seems really new and tidy, the room looks fresh and relaxing with the green theme. Location near local resident but still not so far from the beach. Staffs are helpful and friendly, I asked for attractions to go by myself and they gave a lot of advice. The pool in the roof is a bit small but was perfect to relax and do my own sunbathing. Breakfast was good like other 3-star hotels I have been to. Overall I would recommend and use the service again if i have come back to Nha Trang

We were lucky to have booked this hotel with huge discounts via Agoda. Breakfast was excellent and there were many food choices. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. Luggage can be left in the reception area. Hotel location is very accessible to nearby stores and restaurants. Recommended!

I can't check-in at 2 aclock. reception staff said me sorry you can't check-in because we don't have room. after 1 hour I can check-in. also there are not bellboy anywhrere. I have to carry my luggage many stairs. this hotel is a terrible

If you are looking for a reasonable but good hotel, this is the right one for you. I've just stayed for a couple of days in this hotel. Room is clean - from linens to towels, all fresh! Would definitely recommend this if any of my friends would visit Nha Trang.

여행 마지막날 새벽비행기라 잠은 안자고 낮에 쉬다가 갈 곳을 찾다가 예약했어요 체크인하고 중간에 낮잠자다가 저녁에 밥먹고 바로 공항 갔었는데 공항가는 택시도 예약해주고 친절하게 응대해줬습니다. 숙소도 깨끗하고 시내중심이라 식사하러 다니기에도 좋았어요 제가 갔을 때 맞은편이 공사중이었는데 지금은 어떨지 모르겠네요 ㅎㅎ

나트랑 도착후 무이네로 이동하기전 눈만 잠까 부치기 위해 예약했어요. 신투어리스트와 가까워서 이동하기 좋았어요. 가격대비 룸 컨디션도 만족했습니다. 하지만 방음이 잘되는 방은 아니였어요

바로 앞 건물을 부시는중이라 이틀내내 시끄러웠네요 그것 빼고는 시설이나 위치는 좋아요 콩카페랑 랜턴스 리스그릴 바로 앞이더라구요 비치까지는 걸어서5분 정도 걸리고 야시장도 5분정도 거리예요

우선 룸 크기가 작다. 혼자 여행객은 괘않듯 하지만 커플. 등 2인이상은 그다지... 룸 상태는 깨끗하다. 위치는 비치랑은 거리가 약간멀지만 걸어다닐만 하고 .. 근데 시끄럽다.. 쉽게 가운데가 뻥 뚫려있는 건물구조라서 밑에층이건 위에층이건 복도에서 떠드는게 다 들림..밑에 문틈이.... 민감한 사람은 잘 선택하길.. 수영장은 걍 애덜 물놀이용^^
